Aroma is earthy and malty. Flavor is straw, malt and some real light citrus. Flavor is not balanced. Pours copper with a white head. Had a can in park city. Okay

Tap at Denver Tap Room - this is pretty much what I look for in a double IPA - sweet, but not too sweet, and the sweetness is very clean and not sticky, simply making a balancing sweet base for the hops to shine - hops are highly citric, mildly resinous, quite bitter but non-abrasive - balanced and very tasty. Tap @ the brewery tap room. Drank side by side with the regular Hopulent. Pours a cloudy orange beer with a medium sized, white head on top. Aroma is floral, caramel and citrus hops. Flavour is moderately bitter with sweet touches of caramel in there. Flavour ends sweet and dry. Nice brew. kermis (12869) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - OCT 11, 2013
Draft sample at Epic Brewing taproom, Denver. Pours cloudy orange golden with an off white head. Aroma of grapefruit, fruity and floral hops, caramel malt. Flavour is over moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. skmikeg (1826) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 6, 2013
Pours copper orange with a one finger off white head with nice lacing. Aroma is of citrus, pine, tropical fruits, grass, sweet malts, and caramel. Taste is about the same as the aroma but has a little more tropical fruits and and sweet malts. Has a medium-full body with semi creamy mouthfeel and a semi dry, moderately bitter, medium-long finish. Overall, a pretty nice DIPA that has a very nice malt backbone.

It appears that the hops have faded. There is little other than bitterness left. Hints of what this beer probably was still linger. Tropical fruit and lemon are present in small measure. I would really like to try this fresh. mcberko (17136) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 7, 2013
22 oz. bottle, pours a very cloudy golden orange with a medium off-white head and shitloads of floaties - quite ugly looking really. Aroma brings out lots of tropical fruits (including peaches and pineapple), some hemp and a touch of caramel malts. Flavour brings out truckloads of tropical fruits, including peaches and mangos, a little hemp, some resinous hops, and a solid caramel malt backing. Very robust fruity hop profile, with actually a good amount of complexity for a IIPA. Excellent stuff. TheBeerGod (6207) - Newport News, Virginia, USA - JUL 27, 2013
Bottle - Release #67 - 8.4% ABV. No mention of Mosaic on the front, only on the side with the batch info. Hazy amber with a tall, rocky blond head. Aroma is strong citrus and floral hops with soft pine and hop resins. Taste is strong, juicy, wet hops, citrus fruit, tropical fruit notes, soft pine, floral hops sweet malt, light caramel notes and oily hop resins. Body is medium-full with an upfront, bubbly carbonation. Slight warmth from the alcohol and oily and bitter throughout. Ends with more citrus, pine resins, floral hops, fresh wet hops, caramel, sweet malt and light tropical fruit notes. Delicious! beersearcher (2382) - Glendale, California, USA - JUL 26, 2013
Orange hued with a big tropical fruit aroma at first. Bright and bubbly with a dank heavy underside. Very filling. As it warns the mosaic fades and a cat pee aroma takes over. Takes the happy edge off the beer for me. Dr_Fellini (1020) - Norfolk, Virginia, USA - JUL 26, 2013
Bottle to glass. Pours a cloudy sediment filled deep copper color with a thin off-white head. Aroma is a complex blend of grassy floral hops and light caramel malts. Flavor is moderately bitter with heavy grassy notes. Grassy floral bitterness lingers in the finish. Deliciously unique IPA.
