Rated on 11-02-2016. Bottle-Release #37. The appearance is a medium sized semi-fizzy off-white head that is mostly lasting throughout my rating, transparent amber body, lively, fast rising carbonation, and spotty lacing. The aroma is citrus hops, pine hops, grassy, grapefruit, spicy, tropical fruit, and caramel malt. The flavor presents moderate bitterness, citrus hops, pine hops, spicy, tropical fruit, bready, boozy, caramel malt, and has a dry finish. The mouthfeel of this beer is moderate carbonation and this beer is medium-full bodied. A very good beer with a moderate bitter, hoppy aftertaste. The flavors blend together very, very well making this a beer that is worth trying and a beer that I would purchase again. UncleKorm (1319) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - FEB 15, 2017

Draft at BitterCreek. Medium brass color, small silky head, lacing coats the glass. Gentle hops aroma, grows bolder in taste. Really nice feel. Doesn’t present itself as an IIPA.

Tap at Clubhouse BFD. Batch 53 - Mosaic hops. Pours hazy golden yellow. White creamy frothy head. Aroma is orange, mango, juicy tropical fruit, booze, some residual sugar sweetness, some pine. Bit of malt backbone but the juicy tropical fruit bursts. Flavor is dank hops, orange, some tropical notes, maybe mango, bit of boozy burn. Appropriate mouthfeel for the abv (9.4%). I like it a lot. nickd717 (4682) - San Francisco, California, USA - SEP 12, 2016

Bottle from GBBF 2016 and drunk at home. Clear orange colour lasting cream coloured head. Mosaic hops I think the label said. They bring a lovely tropical fruit to it. It’s a lovely DIPA. Enough malt but not overly sweet, hoppy without being too bitter. Almost easy drinking apart from a little heat on the finish. Lovely mouthfeel. Fresh hops. Really lovely. Top marks. Mango, pineapple grapefruit. Tangerine. Lovely fruits.
