Troy Guard is a Denver chef with a Mexican restaurant so badass we cant even put the name on this can. While enjoying his food we had a crazy idea: brew a Mexican-style lager with corn, natural lime juice and just a hint of salt. We recommend it with the Rattlesnake Chorizo Guac- Yep, thats real. Salud amigos!

Pale golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Earth, grains, light citrus, lime, and light salty finish.

Can purchased at the state store for the following reasons: 99% for type, Epic brewed and under $2. Clear straw color with a medium white head. The aroma is light with some sweet corn and a hint of bitterness; maybe some faint lime. You definitely get some of the lime and sweet corn in the flavor. Finishes with light salinity. Really tasty and refreshing. Exciting for a pale lager.

can - lager with lime and sea salt added. Cloudy yellow in color. Very slight citrus aroma. Tastes like a lager with lime added. Not bad - refreshing.

Aroma is corn, metallic, salt, lime, wheat. Appearance of straw yellow, hazy, white head. Taste is sweet corn, sweet malt, salt, lime, citrus, wheat, eh. Mouthfeel is light body, light crisp carbonation, citrus and annoying sweet aftertaste. Overall, the concept works but its still far too sweet and unbalanced.

@Ulfborg Scooper. Hazy pale yellow, white head. Aroma has citrus and malt. Sweetish malty flavour, lime. Perhaps some coriander in the finish?
