One Trick Pony Series
So much beer with so little flavour. Conntemplating the blue pill? Wait! A new pony with a kick-ass facial horn. Power to neutralise poison from the faceless industrial brewing complex. No more green bottles, just green hops. No virgins needed to tame this. May contain traces of Alicorn.

floydian1 (1454) - FNQ, Australia, - NOV 2, 2013
500ml bottle from Oak Barrel, Sydney. Appears clear dark amber/copper in the glass with medium sized white head. Notes of oranges, pine-needles, grapefruit and caramel malts on the nose and this is reflected on the tongue with a bittersweet flavour profile without being whacked over by the hops. Palate is slick and medium bodied with correct carbonation and decent hop bitterness to the finish. Another fine brew from Epic.

Ok IPA. KAnske lite above average.. Rätt balanserad, lite oljig och lätt i kroppen.

Franzen (590) - SWEDEN - OCT 23, 2013
Very nice fruity aroma with grape, tropical fruits and interestingly enough some coconut, There are however some dishsoap aroma as well.
Nice clear amber colour with a nice but with bit to quickly dissipating head.
A bit to malty for an IPA and not enough bitterness the dishsoap and coconut make an appearance even in the taste.
Light body, soft carbonation with a bit sticky texture.
The aroma is nice enough but the taste is dissapointing and it could have been more carbonated. And I’m not sure about mosaic, all mosaic beers I’ve tried have had this dishsoap aroma.

500ml Bottle, Redmonds. A really dark copper pour, head doesnt last. Distinctive Mosaic nose - pine, resin, spruce, tropical fruits, pineapple, a little grapefruit and toffee/caramel. Flavour is sweet malt up front, quickly overtaken by sweet, fruity grapefruit bitterness. Light body, a touch watery even, hops are a little muted, I imagine the bottle is too fresh. Finish is short and bitter. Would like to try it fresh.

Riktigt gott.

SaintMatty (7303) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - SEP 29, 2013
Bottle (Stockholm Beer Festival 2013) - Amber in colour. Pine, toffee, grapefruit and a hint of spice in the aroma. Tangy and fruity taste with notes of peach, grapefruit, apricot and toffee.

Brenhophead (695) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - SEP 22, 2013
500mL bottle. Pours clear golden with a big white head and a wonderful sweet tropical fruit aroma. A nice fruit flavour with a big resinous piney kick and a caramel backing.

maneliquor (3514) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - SEP 7, 2013
Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours darker than expected - a clear amber with a small beige head. Good retention and lacing. Nose is clean cut grass, quite tropical and almost a dirty earthiness about it. I like it. Well balanced bitterness throughout this beer. Tropical notes all around with dirty, grassiness in there too and some sticky sweet resin to back it. Good stuff

jonnyguns (1105) - AUSTRALIA - SEP 6, 2013
Bottle from mane liquor. Pours a clear deep golden with a small white head. Nose is very tropical fruit driven with light caramel sweetness and resinous. Taste is more of the tropical fruit hoppiness. Tough of caramel and toffee malt backing. Lovely mouthfeel. Not overly sweet which makes for awesome drinkability. Great ipa. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
