On tap at Cap Tap. Pours reddish copper with a transient pink head and a huge mixed fruit aroma. There is a sweet and sour fruit flavor, dominated by plum. A refreshing summer drink. stchloe (1104) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 17, 2017
Weirdly too much like bubblegum, then too sour and oaky, just bland in the end. DH47 (6) - Rhode Island, USA - JUL 7, 2017 does not count
Good flavor and nice on the taste buds. Not very heavy with the tart/sour but enough to distinguish it as a sour. Very good but not blown away. The beer settles on the palette nicely after a few more sips. An odd berry combination but it works.

Nice, slightly muddied amber coloured body with a glow of peach and copper along with a thinnish, two to three centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of fruits, light sugars, a hint of tart cherries and lemons and a dose of alcohol and vinegar near the end is noticeable. Light to Medium-bodied; Sweet fruits up front in the flavour then hitting right behind are the sour grapes, cherries and strawberry notes along with some dark, deeper fruits, perhaps the boysenberries and plums that are noticeable. Aftertaste shows some vinegar up front, but the sour fruits, tart citrus flavours, moderate alcohol undertones and the good malt balance make this very nice and robust. Overall, a very nice beer that shows very complex, fruit-forward, sour, sophisticated and robustly flavoured that has a nice soft finish, makes this well-worth trying to find and enjoying a few or storing a few away for several years. I sampled this as Rating #6200 on 29-June-2017, after purchasing this 37,5 cL wax-sealed bottle purchased from North Ridge Discount Liqours in Laramie, Wyoming on 13-March-2017 for US$11,99 sampled at the Eastern Shore of Virginia at home in Onancock, Virginia. jredmond (8342) - New York, New York, USA - JUN 6, 2017

375 ml bottle into tulip glass; release #01, late 2016 vintage. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy golden amber/light pink color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of lightly tart/tangy blueberry, cranberry, raspberry, strawberry, cherry, plum, peach, lemon, green apple, white wine, almond, hay, straw, oak, vanilla, wheat, cracker, light musty funk, and yeast/oak earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, fruit, oak barrel, and moderate pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of lightly tart/tangy blueberry, cranberry, raspberry, strawberry, cherry, plum, peach, lemon, green apple, white wine, almond, hay, straw, oak, vanilla, wheat, cracker, light musty funk, and yeast/oak earthiness. Light fruity/lactic tartness and yeast/oak spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of blueberry, cranberry, raspberry, strawberry, cherry, plum, lemon, green apple, white wine, almond, hay, straw, oak, vanilla, wheat, cracker, light musty funk, and yeast/oak earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, fruit, oak barrel, and moderate pale malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness balance, and zero puckering flavors after the finish. Light dryness from tartness, lightly increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, fairly grainy/acidic, and lightly tannic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 8.2%. Overall this is an excellent fruited wild ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, fruit, oak barrel, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mellow tartness/acidity. Not as sour or funky as I expected; this still had nice Brett complexity, with plenty of fruit and oak presence, without being overpowering. A very enjoyable offering. ametras (1654) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 9, 2017

Pours a clear amber-orange color with a medium bone white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of tart berries, yeast, oak and malt. Medium body with flavors of vinous oak, mixed berries, funky yeast and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately tart with a berry and plum aftertaste. Good beer all around. Bottle - Pours a pink color with lots of carbonation as you pour. Head disappears quickly but steady stream of bubbles remain. Slight sour taste, pretty clean and refreshing on the palate. Very light flavor, almost can’t taste anything. While subtle, it is refined. hopdog (12673) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 11, 2017
