I know, I know, I’m a hop bore. I don?t care, hops are delicious... and this is a mighty hoppy beer. Nom tombutlin (355) - Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - MAR 23, 2015
UPDATED: MAY 11, 2016 I tried this a year ago on tap and it rocked my world. Now it is merely a very good beer. The first aroma is hoppy goodness, but it faded a bit to become a malt-dominant beer. Lashings of caramel and a balanced bitterness that fades like a girlfriend who moved away and you never quite got around to breaking up with. I’ll try this beer again tomorrow, as I have a 4 pack, but I doubt I’ll be chasing this girl around the world. 2nd bottle a few days later was better aroma - I think it was a few degrees warmer this time, so don’t over chill it waiake (606) - Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - MAR 18, 2015

Bright clear amber beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry and mildly crisp. The pale malts are clean and present a little sweetness. Hops are light pine with traces of lime and mild marmalade. Little hop spice. Semi dry finish. Clean and pretty drinkable.
