Cloudy brown beer. Good pale tan head. Smooth palate, creamy. Lots of smooth tangy rye malt, not spicy. Malt cream. A little orange hops. Light soft finish. Okay but I really thought there would be more going on here. Disappointing.
Bottle:   Darker caramel, muddy, moderate to large frothy sandy head, nice lacing.   Dirty rye nose, slight
citrus peel and pith.   Strong hay and rye on the tongue, semi-sweet, pith and peel that is a touch candied.   Body
and mouthfeel are moderate.   Finishes with a lemony rye aspect, candyish, with some pith and peel that isn’t terribly
strong.   Tiz okay.   Their Hop Rye’it is better. Hansen (8587) - Assentoft, DENMARK - OCT 20, 2013
