Draft. Hazy dark brown color, bright white head. Aroma of grass and hay. Taste is very roasty coffee grounds. Not bad.

Bomber poured a clear reddish brown with a lasting tan head. Aromas of carmel, nuttiness, grapefruit, light orange zest and light pine. Palate was medium bodied and crisp. Flavors of carmel, grapefruit, orange zest, pine and light earthiness with a crisp dry bitter lingering grapefruit finish.

Draft sample. Poured a clear brown color with an average creamy brown head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate roasted coffee, citrus and floral aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium roasted coffee sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Solid complex brew.

Bomber from Bottle Revolution in Raleigh. Pours a dark reddish brown color with a large frothy tan head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of chocolate, nutty notes, peppery hops. The taste is citrus, herbal and peppery hops, chocolate, stone fruits. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness, average carbonation. Nice beer.

Aroma is heavy chocolate, toast and nutty malt with coffee notes, dates, medium pine and resin hops. Flavor is moderate pine and floral hops and bitterness, moderate chocolate, toast and nutty malt, coffee notes with a dry finish. Full body and moderate carbonation.
