Bottle 0.5l (BB 25.08.2018). Clear dark-golden colour. Head in ecru colour. Delicate lacing. Aroma is sweet, malty with fresh hops note like citrus and resin, quite nice generally. Medium, resin bitternes is balanced by semisweet, malty body, a little bit to sweet for me. Beer is quite light in feeling, delicate refreshing and quite drinkable even though there is small note of booze in aftertatse. Nice, decent IPA in overall. tombutlin (373) - Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - OCT 13, 2017
A bit of tropical, a bit of dank, another solid beer from Epic, but I'm losing track of them. Oh well, must keep on sampling hawthorne00 (4232) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - OCT 12, 2017
Bottle. Clear amber with an inch of white head that lasts well. Some bread crust lurks below mango, passionfruit, tinned lychees, hash pipe, herbal citrus. More of the "dank" hoppy aromas than Epic's usual toppy vibrant ones, but fine. Sweet with ripe tropical fruit melding with bread crust until bitter resinous flavours take hold. Finish is brief, bitter and clean. Skarecrow (1104) - North Shore, Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - OCT 6, 2017
Light gold pour with sudsy head.
Strong pine resin aroma with light citrus behind.
Mild bitterness with fruity orange hop palate.
