Huge fruit nose and palate. So many different fruity esters, almost too many too name. Sourness of brett plays off sweet fruit well.

dunklermessias (349) - GERMANY - AUG 6, 2017
650 ml Bottle. Release 27, 7.5% vol. Thanks to BeerViking for sharing this gorgeous beer! pours with a clear, golden color and a nice white head. Aromas of hay, slightly cereals, belgian yeast, banana and floral, citric hops. Taste is very soft and well-balanced. Citric fruits, some spices, pepper. Warming with a dry finish. Extremly good stuff!

mcberko (19175) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 4, 2017
22 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out saison yeast, some citrus notes and spiciness -- typical North American saison. Flavour is likewise a typical North American saison, followed by citrus and bready malt. Lots of cheap North American saison yeast. No good.

FROTHINGSLOSH (8164) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 3, 2016
Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a hayz yellow-gold color with a large foamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was yeasty, chalky and musty with a bit of citrus. The flavor was yeasty and chalky with faint citrus and mustiness. Medium length finish. Medium body. pleasant.

radagast83 (8520) - Arlington, Virginia, USA - SEP 2, 2016
Draft at the Epic Brewing Denver Taproom. Poured a cloudy yellow orange color with a fluffy white head. Aroma was light sweet malts, peppery yeast notes. Light funky character, dry, straw, some fruity estery notes. Nice solid Belgian Saison.

DuffMan (10728) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 13, 2016
Bottle, shared at pool party. Hazy medium gold, foamy white head. Belgian yeast and light bubblegum, pale malts, dry finish. Not my preferred interpretation of the style.

Release #26, 7.9%ABV. 650ml bottle pours a hazy golden color with a finger of white head that leaves very little lacing on the glass. Aroma is light fruits and grains with some hints of yeast. Taste is a light lemon tartness with a light fruity and malty sweetness and a spicy hop bitterness. Light to medium bodied with abundant carbonation. Overall, this is a very well crafted brew that suits the style well and is both balanced and flavorful. Recommended.

corby112 (2813) - philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 18, 2015
Pours a cloudy, bright golden yellow color with banana-like hues and a two finger frothy white head that slowly settles into a thick, lasting ring. Very good retention, taking a while to settle and leaving streaks of soapy lacing behind.

Earthy aroma with a decent musty farmhouse presence along with zesty spice, sweet citrus, bready yeast and ester-y light fruit notes. Funky yeast along with straw and hay followed by a strong yeast character. Lots of bread along with some bubblegum and banana. Peppery spice with hints of ginger, coriander and clove. Citric acidity with strong lemon pith and grapefruit. Decent balance in the nose but feels very American with lots of wheat beer characteristics mixed in there.

Slightly watered down and light bodied with crisp carbonation. The earthier farmhouse notes are a bit toned down and the bitterness/hop presence is stronger than expected. Dry and earthy with hints of grass, pine, wet hay and straw. This is complimented by a prominent zesty spice presence that lingers throughout giving off hints of white pepper, ginger and coriander. The citrus presence stands out but it tastes less like a wheat beer than it smells. Some bready yeast but the banana and bubblegum notes found in the aroma are muted. Strong lemon acidity in the dry, slightly tart finish. Refreshing and pretty easy to drink but it lacks some depth/complexity. I prefer for the funky saison/farmhouse flavors to be stronger but they are pretty tame here.
