Pours a hazy light straw yellow with a fluffy white head that settles to a finger sized cap. The nose is of lemon/citrus with clove and yeast funk. The taste starts with nice tart citrus zest. A hint of banana comes next with the slightest touch of a tart funk. Slightly sweet but finishes fairly dry.

I am really getting into saisons these days. This was an easy drinking 6.8% draft beer at Craft Beer Base in Osaka. It poured a lovely gold with a thick fluffy head. The flavor is a spicy complexity of sweetness & tartness. It’s easy to drink and a great everyday summer, very palatable-perfect for the summer. I’d definitely drink it again.

This was Release No. 4 and was shared with Strykzone on Facebook Chat. It poured a lightly hazy gold with huge white head the had good retention and left good lacing. Nose of ripe fruit with lemon, pepper, and apple/pear. Light to medium in body, Carbonated mouthfeel. The flavor is fruit with apple, pear, apricot, peach, coriander, candied fruit, cloves, and grass. Finish is earthy, dry and fruity. Very drinkable and interesting with all the flavors. At the very end there is more banana. Almost like a hefe on steroids.

Huge fruit nose and palate. So many different fruity esters, almost too many too name. Sourness of brett plays off sweet fruit well.

Cloudy gold with a fluffy white head and very nice lace. Lemon, grass, banana, clove. Zesty citrus flavors, yeast, bitter grassy hops. Light body, high carbonation, fizzy mouthfeel and a crisp clean finish.

Not a bad saison. The interesting part is it has an aroma of a gose. Thin fading head. Flavor is typical saison yeast with very light sour. Good mouthfeel and carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Release #26, 7.9%ABV. 650ml bottle pours a hazy golden color with a finger of white head that leaves very little lacing on the glass. Aroma is light fruits and grains with some hints of yeast. Taste is a light lemon tartness with a light fruity and malty sweetness and a spicy hop bitterness. Light to medium bodied with abundant carbonation. Overall, this is a very well crafted brew that suits the style well and is both balanced and flavorful. Recommended.

Draft at the Epic Brewing Denver Taproom. Poured a cloudy yellow orange color with a fluffy white head. Aroma was light sweet malts, peppery yeast notes. Light funky character, dry, straw, some fruity estery notes. Nice solid Belgian Saison.

Bottle to tulip. Looks good; a hazy yellow with ample head and carbonation. Smells decent; yeasty and doughy. Tastes much like it smells with a little zip. Average on the palate. Not too shabby.

Bottle (Release #4). Pours with a hazed golden hued body with a massive white head that lasts. Good lace. Carbonic aroma until swirled out. Phenolic, nutty, peppery, huge 4vg clove. CO2, lavender, pear, peppery, nice phenolic, mild esters (apple, pear), light earthy hop, light grainy malt quality. Flavors show medium esters up front (apple, pear, candied fruit, pineapple, raw stonefruit), dry, light alcohol, suntan lotion, grainy malt, medium phenol, curacao zest. Crackery, nearly wheat like malt. Lively bubbles, feels a touch bigger than expected, dry, medium to low bodied. Decent.
