Pours hazy yellow with a thinnish white head. Aroma is a nice balance of citrus, banana and spices but the taste loses much of the spice. weihenweizen (3839) - Charleston Area, West Virginia, USA - AUG 26, 2012
Refrigerated 22 oz brown bomber poured into a weizen glass. Pours hazy golden with small white head which dissapates quickly. No lacing, medium body, low carbonation, and grains of paradise/lemon aroma. Taste is grains of paradise, coriander, lemon, some pepper, and finishes bitter orange peel. Better wit beers out there. Bottle: The aroma consists of oranges, coriander, light lemon peel, and a touch of lemon grass. It pours a hazy, bordering on cloudy, dull yellow with a two finger yellow tinged white head that leaves some sporadic webbing on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with moderate citrus with a hint of banana. The finish has light-moderate coriander, light lemon grass, lemon peel, and pepper. It’s light-medium bodied with light-moderate carbonation. Ughsmash (7508) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 20, 2012
Bomber, Release #14. Poured cloudy medium golden with an easily-resuscitated white head. The aroma picked up sweet and tangy orange notes over soft bready malts.. spicy clove and banana accents.. a touch hoppy for the style, but I enjoyed it. The flavor found bread and pale malts at the core, with banana, white pepper, and tangy orange zest around.. finished crisp with spicy, engaging yeast and complementary malty backing. Light-medium bodied with a very good feel and flow through the palate.. very good stuff! argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - AUG 12, 2012

On hand at Wynkoop’s United Tastes of Belgium 2012. Slightly cloudy straw/gold with a fluffy white head. Aroma was pretty different for a wit, loads of coriander and a tone not unlike pepperoni meat on the nose. Taste is smooth and balanced with some citrus and wheaty coriander, some peppery spiciness, and a balancing light bitterness. RABinCO (1511) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - JUL 16, 2012
Bottle. Pours a hazy hay with a light white that fades to a fluffy halo. Big spicy, yeasty and banana aroma. The spice is a bit overwhelming on the tongue that fades to a slight orange backing on the tongue. Nothing spectacular. tastybeer (1853) - Indiana, USA - JUL 9, 2012
