Heavily spiced coriander nose with light citrus. Light to moderate sweetness, very lightly bitter, some honey, light cotton candy, fruity yeast. Decent. onceblind (9676) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUL 23, 2012
On hand at Wynkoop’s United Tastes of Belgium 2012. Slightly cloudy straw/gold with a fluffy white head. Aroma was pretty different for a wit, loads of coriander and a tone not unlike pepperoni meat on the nose. Taste is smooth and balanced with some citrus and wheaty coriander, some peppery spiciness, and a balancing light bitterness. queenholly (3623) - South Whitley, Indiana, USA - MAR 10, 2013
Bottle. Floral ginger and citrus aroma. Slightly hazy golden yellow with a moderate white head, nice lacing. Wheat malt, ginger, and very light citrus flavor. Medium body and carbonation, astringent finish. TimE (5817) - Tokyo, JAPAN - MAR 25, 2013
spicy gingery nose coriander and oranges. Light refreshing slightly spicy finish. Very nice. 3fourths (9347) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - SEP 26, 2013
Bottle. Cloudy soft gold body with a fine white head and active effervescence. Strong coriander and wheat expression in the nose with a quieter orange peel note. Dandelion, bread and honey malt. The grains of paradise seem more like a generic spice or maybe like anise or some kind of aquavit herb mixture. Herbal and perfumy and soft and creamy and a little sweet and a little acidic and a little soapy.

Bottle into a pint glass. Yellow and slightly cloudy, bubbly head that doens’t hang around long. Lovely citrus and spice wit aroma. Nice, smooth, wheat, light citrus, coriander. Very Hoegaarden, but perhaps a little more refined, and more spiced. DiarmaidBHK (4907) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 30, 2013

On tap @ Congregation Long Beach. Hazy golden pour with a white head. Nose is spicy coriander and sweet malt. Lemon zest, orange peel, and some banana. A touch grassy. Flavor is pleasantly sweet. Good doughy malt. Yeast, banana, and orange. Light coriander, some white pepper, and a hint of lemon and grass. Not bad. Dogbrick (13012) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUN 22, 2014
Sample at the tap room in Denver. Slightly cloudy yellow-gold color with a medium white head that recedes steadily. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, spice and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal wheat, citrus and subtle hops. The finish is fruity up front with an herbal yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.
