draft. cloudy yellow. intensely fruity esters in the nose clash with pungent citrus hops, creating a highly powerful dried fruit aroma that irritates the olfactory system. medium body with moderate chewiness and creaminess. belgian yeast dominates flavor-wise: fruit, wheat, cream, soap, minerals and vitamins. bitter finish. the yeast strain clearly dominates the hops. not sure that’s what was intended or if it’s really that appealing.
