App: Golden peach. Very cloudy. Two-finger head pour.
Ar: Hoppy smell with spicy, floral notes.
T: Bitter and hoppy like one would expect. A fruity, almost apple taste. A strong sour taste follows with more malts emerging on the swallow.
P: High carbonation. Crisp but heavy.
A little too heavy for me to have multiple. One of the beers of the style I’ve enjoyed quite a bit, though.

On tap at the brewery. Poured a clear golden-copper color with a thin, dense white head that left some spotty lacing. Aroma of dusty, doughy yeast, honey, dried fruits (tangerine, apricots), and a more citrusy, earthy hoppiness with some light pine. Smooth, lightly tart citrus entry leads into a doughy yeastiness with soft hints of citrus fruit leads into a spicy, crisp finish paired with some moderately resiny, earthy, bitter hops. Crisp, biting carbonation that does a good job of complimenting the flavors. should probably be listed as a saison rather than an IPA - turbid golden pour - frothy head - nose is moderately phenolic, with dusty yeast and peppery phenols - flavor is lightly honey sweet up front, but is mostly dry and flinty, with moderate yeast phenols and peppery hops - dusty, earthy yeast - light tropical fruit - crisp, flinty, crackery finish - tasty. On tap at Equinox poured a hazy gold with a lasting ivory head. Aromas of pine, straw, citrus and yeast. Palae was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, yeast, grapefruit and lemon with a smooth dry bitter lingering yeasty finish.

Tap. Pours lightly hazy gold with a medium-small, fizzy white head, medium-short retention with good lacing. Aroma is fresh and fragrant citrus and tropical hops, tropical fruity esters, and Belgian yeast. Flavor is heavy Belgian yeast, fruity esters, tropical fruit and hops with a dry finish. On tap @ Equinox. Cloudy yellow-orane appearance with a fairly small white head. Yeasty, slightly wild, sweet Belgian ale nose with noted hoppiness. Flavor is even more hoppy with some pininess. draft. cloudy yellow. intensely fruity esters in the nose clash with pungent citrus hops, creating a highly powerful dried fruit aroma that irritates the olfactory system. medium body with moderate chewiness and creaminess. belgian yeast dominates flavor-wise: fruit, wheat, cream, soap, minerals and vitamins. bitter finish. the yeast strain clearly dominates the hops. not sure that’s what was intended or if it’s really that appealing.
