Hops dominate the aroma, reminiscent of citrus with floral notes. Heavy dry hopping contributes a strong haze, clouding the golden color. Light malt sweetness accents the heavy hop bitterness. The hop flavor leans towards a grapefruit/pine character. The hops slowly fade in the finish with a lingering bitterness.

Pours a hazy yellow. Simcoe and cascade hops stand out: definite presence of cat pee in the aroma. Taste is overshadowed by the high IBUs which mask everything and stick around on your tongue afterwards.

Dogbrick (13789) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - NOV 28, 2016
Sample at GABF 10/08/2016, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. Hazy orange-gold color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily. Short strings of lace. Citrus, hops and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of floral hops, citrus and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Tap at brewpub. Cloudy yellow pour with nice white head. Piney and floral nose, a little boozy. Big hops and pith up front, a little sweetness next followed by a long bitter linger. A typical CO IPA worthy to be sampled with the best.
