Orange color, hazy, lots of carbonation. Fruity aroma, yeasty, wheat. Similar to a blonde aroma. Sweet and a little tart, green banana, bready flavor, lots of unfermented sugars. Just a touch of hoppiness. Something isn’t working for me with this beer. Very average.

Had as Oktoberfest. Pours clear golden with a thick but effervescent head. Aroma offers crisp fruity and malty notes. Flavor features more fresh malt than pear and apple character, average but tasty. Body presents typical body and fizz. Average all around, but good for partying - and is that not what Oktoberfest is all about? Prost!

Lett tåkete lys brun med fingerhøyt hvitt skum. Lukter hvete, banan og søtlige bær og epler. Lett. Søtlig smak. Banan, hvete og en svært lett bitterhet i avslutningen,

Bottle at home. Pours a hazy yellow-orange colour and a creamy off-white head. Aroma of lemon, spices, wheat, grass and some yeast. A little light. Light is also the flavour with grass, banana, wheat and some citrus. Slightly sour. Has a slick and soft mouth feel, light to medium body and a light bitterness. A light hefeweizen and far from a proper one. Disappointing.

Keg @ Red Lion, Littleborough. Pale golden-amber with a carbonation and a frothy head. Very easy-drinking within its style, with slightly understated wheat notes and banana flavouring.

Don’t know why they call this one an Okt on the label or why I have never had it. Two mysteries. Clove and banana bread nose, not much taste, I guess just the spicy banana bread. Color is gold with slight haze. Good not the best.
