Poured as a taster at local bottle shop. I enjoy the wheat addition to this, giving a bit of typical wheat/bready flavors.

500ml bottle from Cellarbrations, Main Beach, Surfers Paradise. Poured hazy honey color with ok head. Cereal/wheat aroma but no banana or clove notes that I would have expected. Mild bitterness followed by a dry finish but somewhat non-descript in between. Ok.

Clear amber with medium beige head. Aroma is lots of banana, mealy apple, slight wood and phenols. Taste is rubber and phenolic wood. Not good. Medium body and not easy to drink. Nah.

Bottle, 0.5l. Hazy yellow pour with medium-sized soapy white head. Poor retention, little to no lacing. Faint nose, herbal, yeasty, not much of wheat character. Medium body, softly carbonated. Thick and oily texture. Undefined taste, a bit sweet, a bit bitter, some sour notes. Quite empty aroma despite the good body and thickness. Malts, yeast, herbs, wheat. Caramel and slight coriander. Lacking in hefe character. Watery, bland... empty. Dry finish. Overall, not bad, but unimaginative and uninspiring. Boring brew.

Weer typische witbier-uitzicht. Deftige schuimkraag. De geur lekker kruidig. De smaak valt goed mee. Een can de betere van erdinger.

Drank as Erdinger Oktoberfest. Nice slightly hazy amber pour with a thick white head. Low wheat note aroma. Taste is like a decent wheat beer but I definitely wouldn’t classify it as a Hefeweizen -- no clove or banana notes here. Erdinger Festweiße is a decent standard German beer.

Tåkete strågult med fint hvitt skum. Svak floral duft med noe krydder og høy. Smaken også overaskende anonym med høy og noen blomstertoner. Fin friskhet.

Super tasty Fest Bier. There’s a nice grassy, phenolic, lemon citrus aroma when you pour it into the glass. Super cloudy like I would expect. It’s really nice looking beer in the glass. Taste is actually pretty sharp. There’s a lemon tanginess followed by some clove and a nice sweetness. It’s way too easy drink, goes down super smooth. One of the better Weissbiers I’ve had. Cheers.

Bottle 0.50L. Hazy golden color with one finger of creamy white head. Aroma of banana, bubble gum, some spices and a hint of citruses. Taste starts light sweet with a lot of carbonation in mouth and nice, light sweet, malty finish. Medium to full body, creamy texture. Not bad at all, but still far away from perfect.
