COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With a slightly darker color and slightly higher alcohol content than the classic ERDINGER Weissbier 'with fine yeast', the 'winter brew' offers a really pleasant change at the coldest time of the year, a time when we like to treat ourselves to something special. Available between November and February.

UPDATED: JAN 2, 2018 0,5 l Flasche. Bernsteinfarbenes leicht trübes Bier, weißer, grobporiger, stabiler Schaum. Riecht leicht brotig. Schmeckt leicht hefig, süßlich, dezent bitter im Abgang.

thellgren (1164) - Helsinki, FINLAND - DEC 30, 2017
0.5 l bottle from Alko Arkadia, Helsinki. Appearance is orange, cloudy and big yeast. Yap, not really a dunkel weizen. Stress on word slightly - just a slightly darker and stronger weizen. Exepected more - this is a bit watery and dull. Still, quite drinkable.

artyom (1229) - Osijek, CROATIA - DEC 26, 2017
0.5l bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is bready with some wheat and floral notes. Taste is sweet and malty with bready notes and light bitterness. Overall it's very good beer, not much Hefeweizen characteristics like cloves and banana, but good in general.

alexmate (307) - South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - DEC 19, 2017
Pours a cloudy caramel colour medium carbonation, head and lacing. Aroma of light coriander, banana peel and cinnamon. Taste is similar to Erdinger, but less coriander and banana; this one has more spice namely cinnamon and nutmeg. Finish is orange peel, toffee and a slight hoppy bitterness.

Demens (518) - Budapest, HUNGARY - DEC 8, 2017
0,5l bottle. Hazy deep golden/dark orange colour with long lasting bif fluffy and creamy white head. Aroma: Marcipan, cherry and slight banana and dough notes. Taste: Has a quite malty start but without the sweet tones, has slightly sourish caracter too and a light bitter mouthfeel. With each and an other sip the whole caracter feels a bit weaker and gets a mediocre sourish/bitter feel. Has a light silky texture. Medium body with medium carbonation. Medium lasting. lightly bitter, flat finish.
