COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With a slightly darker color and slightly higher alcohol content than the classic ERDINGER Weissbier 'with fine yeast', the 'winter brew' offers a really pleasant change at the coldest time of the year, a time when we like to treat ourselves to something special. Available between November and February.

Very clear and simple. A mild, sweet taste. Fresh and light. A little boring. Im getting a warm "summer feeling" from this winter beer. This is not what I’m looking for after a day out in the snow.

Good winter Weisse bier. Not the same banana clove flavor. Just smooth and subtle. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hefetrübes Bernstein mit reichlich Schaum. Malzig, hefig, leicht fruchtig, etwas Banane, cremig, süffig.

Würzig hefiges Winterweizen, Orange, gute Bananen - und Nelkenaromen bringen Stimmung.

Dorada anaranjada, turbia consistente. Espuma preciosa, abundante, cremosísima y ultra duradera. Buena weizen.

Light metallic, grain and cereal malts, wheat, very light esters, light yeast, cardboard, dark-ish malts. Hazy gold, massive, frothy, white head. Light bitter. More grain and cereal malts, wheat, lively carbonation, medium bodied, more grain malts in the finish. Just about OK Hefeweizen, lacks depth and clean style. Bottle from Utobeer, Borough.

Bottle. Cloudy orange. Big foamy soapy head. Nice lacing. Aroma of sour lemons. Taste is bananas, lemons and just a little bit of yeast. Fruity, sweetish and slightly spicy. Low to medium carbonation. It’s a slender and very easy drinking non-offensive Hefeweizen. Alright.

Enjoyed: Poured from a bottle into weizen glass. Appearance: Hazy oker/orange colour, with creamy rich long-lived white head – nice to see. Aroma: Wheat, yeast, dusty. Palate: Medium body, medium to high carbonation. Taste: Hint of sweetness, pear, citrus/grapefruit, gentle sourness, light bitterness. Overall impression: Tasty and enjoyable.

Middels fylde. Søtlig karamell, noe nøtter og gjær. Lite kullsyre. Kort.

Bottle at Smokies pub, Pezinok. My favorite Erdinger. This was actually first beer that made me leave pilsners and now after 7+ years I still like it. It’s just tiny bit different than regular weissbier. But still I appreciate it.
