The Premium Weissbier at the top of its class. Not only in the context of the Erdinger assortment Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast applies undisputed as the classical authors, as the white beer absolutely. It is brewed with fine yeast after a delivered prescription and naturally strictly after the Bavarian purity requirement. Today still without the traditional bottle fermentation one does not do here: Three to four weeks it lasts, until the Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast matured. For the production only finest raw materials are used. Experience of many years and constant quality controls guarantee beyond that the unmistakable taste. A Weissbier for all, those the unforgettable good taste love.

Draft my wife ordered at Frisco Taphouse (Columbia, MD) so I snagged a few sips. Cloudy straw-yellow color with white head. Somewhat light aroma of malt sweetness, wheat and some fruit (mainly banana) notes. Taste seemed to subdue the aroma sweetness, adds some spice notes (clove mostly). Light body, average carbonation, mellow, easy drinking with a minimal finish. Easy drinking hefe, maybe too easy as there’s not much to it.

Hazy gold, thick, not too stable white head, some lacing.Aroma malty, some bananas, iron, bready. Taste thick, oily, not sweet. Aftertaste malty, bananas, some cloves, bubblegum. Hefeweizen aromas are not too pronounced.

Drunk draft. Hazy, not rich in aroma, decent in taste. Refreshing. Need more richness here in palate.

UPDATED: DEC 1, 2017 Hazy golden colour with a nice thick white head that laces well. Aroma is of grass / bread . Tastes wheaty fruity with a medium body and refreshing taste

Falta aromas, sabores e corpo. Falta o punch que tem uma Paulaner. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Buğday birasına göre kokusu ağır değil. Tadında da o kada buğday alınmıyor. Orta asitlik.

Decent 500mL Europint, desultory label. Heavily misted, but not foggy, straw blonde pour with a tall, icy white head. A faint vanilla note up front, mild straw bitterness, faintly tangy, not sweet. Didn't have big yeast or esters, as I was hoping for. The wheat twang clings. Lightish body, poor carbonation retention. Probably a technically good beer that judges in lederhosen might toast to, or swill in a boot, but not one that I particularly enjoyed. Consumed from the weizenglass that accompanied it in a mixpack. Publix, Bradfordville.

UPDATED: NOV 7, 2017 A delicious weißbier. Aromas of banana, quite fizzy, very lively head when poured from a bottle. Love it!
