The Premium Weissbier at the top of its class. Not only in the context of the Erdinger assortment Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast applies undisputed as the classical authors, as the white beer absolutely. It is brewed with fine yeast after a delivered prescription and naturally strictly after the Bavarian purity requirement. Today still without the traditional bottle fermentation one does not do here: Three to four weeks it lasts, until the Erdinger Weissbier with fine yeast matured. For the production only finest raw materials are used. Experience of many years and constant quality controls guarantee beyond that the unmistakable taste. A Weissbier for all, those the unforgettable good taste love.

Pours a pale translucent gold with an equally pale white head. Aroma of light citrus and spice. Light flavor of lemon, herbs (rosemary, thyme?), and a mellow sweetness. Good carbonation and fluffy palate. Refreshing, if somewhat dull.

Bottle 0,5 L. Well chilled in the fridge. Poured into a 0,25 L beer glass. Pours hazy yellow color with a white head of average height. The nose of citrus and meadow grass. The taste is fresh, crisp and clean. The aftertaste is bread and citrus. A good quality commercial beer overall. USD2.44

Bottle pour at an espresso bar in Koln. Commonshawn, samalito, dubtully, and rosskyle present but choosing coffee over beer. Questionable. Large standard hefeweisen glass. On the lighter golden side for a hefeweisen but still shows off a tendency to be hazy. Full finger white head. Aroma of a light banana with wheat notes. Little but of a spice quality as well. Taste is pretty standard but mouthfeel on the thinner side for the style. Banana characteristics. Feels like a great beer for the summer but it’s not distinguishing itself from others. Good changeup from the many kolsch beers consumed during our Koln stay.

Pas vraiment fan de cette blanche allemande, la robe n’est pas très belle et les arômes sont peu prononcés. Tout juste passable.

Poured from a 50cl bottle at home. Orange-gold, white head. Wheat and grain, and a slight banana flavour. Medium body...I think, as carbonation is truly lively, which I don’t find too bad, but it does dominate most feeling of texture.

Hmmm. Brewed to be inoffensive unfortunately. Soft aroma of wheat and malt. Soft mouthfeel. Just soft really. No real distinguishing features. Drinkable but boring. The Dunkel is far better.

500 ml bottle. Aroma brings fruit and yeast with a slight sweetness to the table. Flavourwise it doesn’t impress. Slight fruit, mostly banana and a dry bitterness that just doesn’t taste nice, it tastes off in a way. Slight acidity in the taste as well. Somewhat creamy mouthfeel but it only lasts a few seconds. Not a fan.

Aromat bananowy. Barwa złota, mętna, piana średnia, drobnopęcherzykowa. Smak banany, cytrusy, pszenica. Goryczka niska.
