Smooth and nice fresh yeasty beginning. A bit watery with grainy hints, the yeast is fresh but not too deep. Grainy bitter in the aftertaste, quite watery. Easy to drink but could be much deeper or more intense.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Avrashi’s place. Hazy gold with a white head. Faintly hoppy and mostly grainy aroma, light bitterness in the mouth. Light body, fairly fizzy, soft bitter finish.

Non è una weisse di altissima qualità, ma tra quelle che si trovano ai supermercati non è la peggiore.

0,5 l bottle. Unclear pale yellow in the glass, big but not long living head. Smells like something between malt and grain on a very low level. Taste? What the heck is this? Nearly nothing, little bit sweet dry malt. Never ever again.
