Numenor (871) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - FEB 9, 2006
Very pale body with a medium white head. Sharp fruits for a lager in the aroma, alcohol is noticeable. Very soft taste for a lager, though it’s possible I’m too accustomed to American swill. Some light fruits such as apple and maybe even bananna. Minimal carbonation. One of the better cheap lagers out there, similar in many respects to Heinekin but I’ll rate it higher.

Thin white head on a pale yellow body. Light grassy aroma. Very little carbonation. Somewhat sweet but with a grassy aftertaste.

Geiserich (4635) - Linz, AUSTRIA - FEB 8, 2006

Light hop aroma. My first one from this country. Pale golden color, no carbonation. First sweetish flavor, then light fruity with alcohol notes. Quite bitter, light dry finish. Quite unbalanced beetween hoppy and malty.

Kinz (3786) - Glen Allen, Virginia, USA - JAN 2, 2006
Medium gold, decent head, tiny bubbles. Aroma was hay hops and a bit of grain, actually pleasant, if not spectacular. Flavor was grainy, grassy hops, and something oddly fresh I couldn’t put my finger on. Not bad at all, to my shock. This apparently is why I keep purchasing bottles with lettering I can’t read. Every now and then you get a bit of a pleasant surprise.

Hildigöltur (5103) - København, DENMARK - DEC 13, 2005
Bottled. Golden coloured. Sweet malty aroma with a fruity touch. Sweet and light flavour with fruity notes and some bitterness in the finish. Thin and slightly metallic.

2.3
Ungstrup (38582) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 20, 2005
A golden beer with a creamy white head. The aroma is sweet malty, but also with notes of straw and hints of metal from the alcohol. The flavor is sweet with straw being most dominant, but also hints of alcohol, which gives it a slight metal touch. The end is dry and bitter.

Nose of some malts, quite unpleasant. Golden colored, small white head. Sweet grainy flavor.
