Jacksonville, Fl. - Grassroots Natural Market - 12 oz bottle. Pours a slightly murky dark orange with a light snow white head that clings to the edge of the glass. Aroma has some sour cherry notes, a bit of cherry hand candy. Flavor is quite mellow with a touch of sour cherries, some yeasty notes, a hint of baked bread. Mouthfeel is smooth and clean. Decent. drowland (9184) - Georgia, USA - APR 6, 2013
4/6/13. 12oz bottle from Grassroots. Light amber orange pour with a giant off-white head that fades to a film fast but laces decently. Artificial cherry, cream, corn, and unwanted tartness in the aroma. Artificial cherry flavor with a lame light beer base. Meh. rbrazell (1763) - Florida, USA - MAR 22, 2013
Cloudy gold pour with a thin white head. Black cherry syrup with some sweet caramel malts with some weird pear and apple sauce notes. Flavor is similar and sweet with a bubbly mineral end. nearbeer (5662) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - MAR 21, 2013
12 oz. Clear amber-golden with a lasting half inch of creamy foam. Nose is overly microwaved popcorn. Taste is cherry cola, corn, and earthy wood. Light body is very carbonated and pretty well balanced for a soda. Patrickctenchi (6804) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - MAR 21, 2013
Pours hazy gold, small white head.
Aroma is distinct cherry.
Taste is clingy sweet, lactic malt, cherry.
Nice flavour, just too tart/sweet/sticky for my taste.

Poured from an undated 12oz bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance: slightly hazy pale copper with a faint reddish tint. The small white head dissipates rather rapidly leaving just a ring and decent lacing.
Smell: light, sweet malt aroma with a subtle cherry character that seems more natural than artificial.
Taste: light malt flavor with a fair bit of sweetness. The cherry is less subtle, and more tart (thankfully) than anticipated from the nose.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body; medium carbonation; smooth
Overall: a decent cherry ale; just don’t expect a lambic or kriek.

Amber, decent sized white head. Smell like cherry and toast. I liked the fact that this was clean and crisp, without a lot of fake or artificial notes. Seemed like a nice cherry flavor, not too heavy or cloying. Would drink again... shrubber85 (11706) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - FEB 18, 2013
Bottle. Lactic cherry malt aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Sweet-tart black cherry malt flavor. Nicely balanced. Tasty. Ontbeertaster (3208) - Ontario, CANADA - FEB 2, 2013
Bottle, pours a copper, aroma is a bit fruity and the flavour is syrupy and a bit english earthiness, overall it was drinkable redpooba (411) - Texas, USA - JAN 11, 2013
Golden yellow with a white head. Aromas of black cherries which are crisp on the nose and sharp bubbly. Coats the mouth with the right level of tartness.
