Bottle poured a clear gold with a small lingering white head. Aromas of yeast, biscuit and light black cherry. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of black cherry, straw and light yeast with a crisp black cherry finish. PGHbeer77 (571) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 21, 2012
Bottle. A slight cherry taste; not overpowering. The acidic scent turned to a tart fruit, but overall, the aroma was pretty weak. The pour was slightly cloudy, a copper/gold, with little to no head. I found the palate to be a light-medium, not much complexity or texture. The taste started out tart, slightly sour, then the cherries came through, and the finish went back to a mix of tart and cherry. ExpendableHero (925) - Florida, USA - JAN 23, 2012
This was decent. Hazy copper colored beer, with a thin, white head. the aroma is great, black cherry on the nose. Alas, the flavor is not as good. tastes of barley, and decent hints of cherry, a bit watery too. Sweet, tangy finish. A bit one-dimensional and just a tad too sweet. Refreshing, and smooth, but not something I would drink a whole pint of. dmac (6315) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - JAN 13, 2012
12 oz bottle from Cranbury BuyRite. Poured a dull orange body with lots of rising effervescence and a smaller fizzy off white head. Aroma is grains with a touch of black ferry soda. The body is loaded with fizzy carbonation, a medium body and a touch of sourness on the initial finish which gives way to lots of sugary sweetness. Flavor is sour cherry at first that fades into black cherry with a touch of cream soda and then grains. Meh seems more gimmicky and soda like then craft. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - NOV 25, 2011
Bottle:   Translucent pink, very pale and clear, large fluffy white head, nice lacing, mild carbonation.
Either filtered or not made with real cherries.   Biscuity cherry flavored nose, graham cracker of the
cherry variety.   Pectin as well.   Yeah, smells like freezer jam.   Almost has a cherry, strawberry, and
raspberry grab-bag of flavors.   Certainly artificial, but not terribly bad.   Reminds me of cereal sweetened
with jam.   This is like a golden or blonde sweetened with jam.   Yeah, hot steam coming from the jam on the
stove, coupled with that pectin stuff.   Totally.   Makes me thinking I am drinking the runnings off my
mothers freezer jam.   Brings back memories, but for a beer... meh, tiz okay.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.
Probably would go great with a salad.   Decent light fruit beer that isn’t too artificial.

Pours a clear honey color with a medium white head. Aroma has some light maltiness...bready...and subtle cherry notes. Flavor showcases the cherry and has some caramely malt backing to it...certainly not tart, vinous or sweet...id rather one or more of these qualities were present to make it less boring. Light silky mouthfeel and a brief mild cherry finish. Thorpe429 (5035) - , Illinois, USA - AUG 4, 2011
Thanks to Tedwarhc for this bottle. Served in a tulip.
Pours a bright light pinkish-orange color with a large fizzy, soda-like head that falls quickly into a very thin collar. Nose brings forward some fake cherry character and not much else. The flavor is strange with some artificial cherry and almost tastes like a cherry Tootsie Roll without the chocolate. Light body and plenty of carbonation. Interesting, but not something I’d drink very much of.

Nice apparent aroma of black cherry, quite noticeable. some yeastiness to the aroma as well. Overly sweet, quite artificial tasting cherry. CD says real cherries are used but I don’t buy it. Very light and easy to drink, but highly imbalanced and fruity with very little of anything else. It’s ok at best. Spookgolds (241) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 23, 2011
pours dark, amber color. Has a nice aroma and a mild flavor of cherries, not overwhelming but good. This one came in a summer case. beerme31 (686) - Holly Springs, North Carolina, USA - JUL 20, 2011
Bottle. Pours a clear peach color with almost no head. Aroma of cherry, floral, yeast. Taste is primarily sweet. Fruit flavor is mild so as not to take over the entire experience. Medium body and lively carbonation. This is one of the better fruit beers that I’ve had, good summer brew.
