This was decent. Hazy copper colored beer, with a thin, white head. the aroma is great, black cherry on the nose. Alas, the flavor is not as good. tastes of barley, and decent hints of cherry, a bit watery too. Sweet, tangy finish. A bit one-dimensional and just a tad too sweet. Refreshing, and smooth, but not something I would drink a whole pint of. SudsMcDuff (8429) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - AUG 18, 2012
first off, this beer and spicy salmon jerky-both for breakfast, horrid combo .. . pours a deep amber .. great head, massive lacing foam .. light black cherry and wet muddy hay .. light mouth ,.. not that good really .. . drank at Super 8 Niagara, 8:00am .. Jacksonville, Fl. - Grassroots Natural Market - 12 oz bottle. Pours a slightly murky dark orange with a light snow white head that clings to the edge of the glass. Aroma has some sour cherry notes, a bit of cherry hand candy. Flavor is quite mellow with a touch of sour cherries, some yeasty notes, a hint of baked bread. Mouthfeel is smooth and clean. Decent. UPDATED: JAN 9, 2014 Bottle ABC. Copper pour, slight tan head. Aroma of black cherry, grain. Taste is moderately sweet cherry, coriander, wheat. Little watered down. Ok. 6.2 Original Rate 5/22/13: 12oz bottle from ABC on Betton. Orange pour with a good sized bright white head and frothy retention. Aroma is a little of the cherry with sweet caramel malts. Tastes are watered down cherry juice. Sweet, syrupy, thin. Little carbonation. Not awful tasting - but definitely not good. rougeau13 (3014) - Richmond, Texas, USA - MAY 22, 2013
Hazy amber. Not much aroma, but slight black cherry. Sweet malty taste with cherry flavor. Medium bodied; average carbonation.

UPDATED: AUG 9, 2013 @Magic City Brewfest. Hazy amber with medium head. Not much on the aroma. Some malt sweetness with an artificial cherry finish. Update-Aug 2013 Bottle. Hazy copper w/ small white head. Aroma of cherries and malt sweetness. Light body with cherry notes upfront and a sweet finish. A little too sweet for my tastes. obxdude10 (2324) - Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 4, 2009
This beer tasted more like a B&J wine cooler than a beer. This offering from Erie was way too sweet and fruity for my palate, and several others, accorinding to a small sample of other experienced beer drinkers at the Craft Ale House on this afternoon. This beer poured a nice dark golden color with a generous off-white head with good lacing. The aroma was semi-inviting with notes of sweet malt and fruits. But the body was way too sweet and the cherries stood out a little too much for my liking. sebletitje (10080) - Enghien, BELGIUM - OCT 10, 2009
pours copper/orange, white head.
Aroma of cherry juice, light caramel and malts.
Flavor, sparkly mouthfeel with fruits that reminds me of cherry juice, light hints of sweetness along the lines of a wine cooler. Some hints of malts with some lingering bitter fruits in the finish. BuckeyeBoy (7680) - Boise, Idaho, USA - OCT 21, 2009
Bottle Pours out a ripe peach skin pink topped with a white head. Aroma was of cherry candy and light malts. Taste was more of the sweet cherries and a light bitterness on the end. Palidor19 (3188) - Brandon, Florida, USA - NOV 25, 2009
the beer is straight forward with a touch of black cherry juice for flavor. it tastes more like a malt beverage instead of a straight fruit beer, nothing special but still quite good.
