fellebag (1476) - Oslo, NORWAY - NOV 23, 2013
50cl bottle. Quite dark color with a light brown layer. Aroma of cloves, baked raisins, earth and cocoa powder. Taste is espresso, roasted chocolate malt and cookies. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

SamTheBarrel (804) - Vallentuna, SWEDEN - NOV 17, 2013
500ml bottle, pours opaque dark brown with a small tan head that reduced quickly. Aroma and taste of syrup loaf, caramel and a hint of lemon. Light sweetness and light-medium bitterness. Light-medium body, slick texture and average carbonation. Okay but bland for a Christmas beer.

Pyrmir (6094) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - MAR 19, 2013
500 ml bottle, rated from backlog. Aroma and taste of dark bread. Light body and fairly dry.

Gorgosh (500) - SWEDEN - FEB 9, 2013

3.2
rarbring (2294) - Linköping, SWEDEN - DEC 5, 2012
Aroma: The smell is dominated by citric notes, lemon and grapefruit. A hint of sweetness, dried fruits.
Appearance: The beer is dark brown, with hints of red. The foam rather light beige, leaving lots of lacing.
Taste: This beer is very sweet, like most Swedish "Christmas Beers", it is somewhat balanced with some citric acids. Bitter notes are nice but however too quickly receding.
Palate: The fluid has small bubbles, and is easy to drink.
Note: Serving type: bottle Reviewed 2010-01-04.

olsvammel (7225) - Örebro, SWEDEN - NOV 9, 2012
UPDATED: NOV 11, 2012 Bottle as a sample from the brewery. Weak smell with a hint of dark bread. Also weak taste with a hint of dark bread. Light body and fairly dry. The few flavours that are here pull in different directions. Boring and not to nice to drink.

2.5
gyllenbock (9177) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - OCT 27, 2012
Sample at a tasting at Systembolaget in October 2012. Clear dark brown. Slightly roasted with bread, dried fruit and some weak notes of coffee. Not as bad as expected.

2.5
TheJestersBeer (2430) - SWEDEN - JAN 4, 2012
500ml bottle. Pours a brownish medium copper, with a beige head. Malty aromas, caramel, medium roast, chocolate, a slightly perfumed hop character. Off-dry, light to medium body and bitterness, lively CO2. Malty, slightly spicy taste, caramel, roasted, hops, and a faint touch of cardboard. (2011-12-24)
