Konstfullt frambryggt öl. En väv av smaker, finmaskad men ändå med ett relativt brett perspektiv. Egentligen inga konstigheter. Går ned för landning i mitten av betygskalan.

First rating: Biggish brown-beige head doesn’t last. Barely translucent dark red body with carbonation. Faint papery syrupy aroma. Dry-sweet delicate raisiny roasty dried fruit taste with caramel malts and mint notes. Harmonic and balanced. Fullish body. Soft, smooth mouthfeel. Dry roasty peppery cinnamon aftertaste with dusty malts notes. Very nice, and highly drinkable. (0.5l bottle, Systembolaget, Charlottenberg.) 5,4,7,4,13=3.3

Second rating: Big beige head doesn’t last. Clear deep dark brown body. Faint spicy caramelly aroma. Sweetish spicy caramelly taste with dried fruit notes. Mid-bodied. Mild mouthfeel. Dryish earthy spicy aftertaste with deep caramelly toffee notes. Not bad at all. (0.5l bottle, from Systembolaget, Torp.) 5,4,6,3,12=3.0

TBone (16450) - Pori, FINLAND - MAR 21, 2008
Bottled (BB 04/2008)
Dark amber color, small beige head. Grassy-caramelly, toasted aroma (quite typical for Vienna-type Swedish and Finnish beers). Burned sugary, harsh grainy and caramelly flavor. All the way very typical Swedish/Finnish Christmas beer.
