COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
5,3 % vol. Alkoholgehalt

Flasch’n: Clear, copper coloured, small to medium-sized creamy and stable off-white head; sweetish toasty - almost a bit roasty - and caramelly nose with minimalistic traces of herbal hops in the background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; drier herbal-bitter and toasty-caramelly finish. Very well balanced brew, fine stuff. Great, regarding the fact, that brewing a good Tmavý is pretty difficult and in fact presumably only possible in Bavaria and in Bohemia...

(bottle) Clear, chestnut brown colour with a beige medium-sized foamy head. Moderately sweet and toasted malty aroma with notes of caramel, bread, nutty hints and a touch of chocolate. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Toast-malty, mildly bready and nutty taste; lasing finish with notes of chocolate and shades of herbal hoppy spice. A decent Dunkel. 01.III.17

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass brownish, nice head. Starts mild, malty, not too roasty, hints of caramel. Finish could be more intense, but still fine malty, modest sweet. Quite drinkable. Okay.
