1 L bottle, leaking and gushing. Huge white head. Aroma is mild grassy, grainy and slight citric. Mild fruity, light milky. Light sweet, grassy and toasted malt. Medium sweet and light bitter finish.

Countbeer (6592) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - MAY 9, 2014
Draught: Served in a footed Pilsner: Medium sized snowy white foamy head on top a clear yellow colored beer. Aromas of malts, herbs, some dull flowers and a hint of something hay/herbal. Flavours of malts, bitters, chalk, light creamy, some hay and some light honey ish tones while it’s not the typical honey tones that’s there. Aftertaste is bitter wth the typical pils (malt) tones. Low carbo, light creamy mouthfeel, low bodied and a light creamy texture. Nice beer for it’s style.

Koelschtrinker (20403) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - JAN 5, 2012
Weich getreidiger Beginn, deutlich grasige Herbenoten stoßen hinzu. Die hopfige Grasigkeit stellt sich dann noch deutlicher in den Vordergrund, hopfig, süffig, rund. Absolut gelungen! 12/12/13/12//12

This beer scored the normal score for Pilsener. Nothing bad or really good about this one. Easy to drink.

MiP (15667) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAR 15, 2009
Draught at the nice farmhouse museum. Weak dusty aroma. Clear warm golden colour, almost copper. Nice stable white head. The flavour is bready with some slightly rough bitterness. Hint of aroma hops and vegetable. The finish has some yeast and an OK rough, cleansing bitterness. Sounds bad, but works out almost all right in the end.

Perfect tasting beer. The beer I had from the tap had a strong smell of "eau de cologne". I visited the brewery-tour.
