Very nice IPA with a smokey aroma of peppers and hops. Nice hoppy beer, I enjoyed it a lot.

Bottle. purple amber color. Cloudy, chunks of yeast. paprika and pepper in the aroma and flavor. Malty sweet, licorice. Wood. Smoke. Ugly, but surprisingly drinkable.

Svesse (9222) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - AUG 12, 2015
(Draught at Hopfenreich, Berlin, 18 July 2015) Reddish amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, slightly roasted nose with citrus, toffee, a touch of smoke and red peppers. Malty, fruity taste with notes of caramel, citrus, a touch of smoke, red peppers, hints of chilli and a balanced spicy bitterness. More than medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and interesting with the smoked peppers coming through really well. Quite nice.

elbernays (1752) - Dublin, IRELAND - AUG 9, 2015
Bottle from deveneys dundrum. Pours really soupy orange with white foam head. This is a bit ugly. Smoky, pepper with a citrus pine under current which is fighting to get out. Flavour is smoky, wood, earth with mild citrus bitterness. Hoppy finish. Lots of body and actually tastes nice with earthy flavour gives way to citrus finish. Unusual but nice.

Troebel, donker oranje. Ruikt naar wortels. Smaakt gek, niet echt mijn ding. Bittere nasmaak.

Bosbouw (3064) - Gemonde, NETHERLANDS - AUG 5, 2015
Mooie oranje kleur met een goede kraag. Ruikt fruitig, peper, hop, paprika. Smaakt fruitig, hop, paprika. Lekker.

MonsterMagnet (1696) - NETHERLANDS - AUG 4, 2015
Bottle, pours hazy copper with a white head. Aroma: smoke, paprika, fruity. Taste: smoke, sweet peppers, citrus, a bit of chili, caramel, ash. Light sweet, medium bitter, oily texture, medium body, average carbonation. Ashy finish with a light bite. Well done. Would label this a smoke or spiced beer though, not an IPA.
