Sampled at Food and Froth. Best thing about the whole Cross Plains table was the uber-cool carved iceblock to cool the beer they poured. This is a very average Pilsener. As someone else said there really aren’t enough hops in there to make it more than a slightly hopped lager.
Draft at the craft beer festival , beer at the pier in the south street seaport. Light color and easy flavor. Very light beer with little flavor. Good to session in the summer BVery (11364) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - MAR 28, 2015
Bottle from Mousehouse Cheesehouse. Pale gold and flat looking. Odd mild apple and malt likka character. Not good. islay (3007) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - FEB 24, 2013
12 oz. bottle, consumed on 2-22-13. Soapy, tangy, chemical-y, floral aroma features lime, melon, apple cider, and vinegar scents. Weird, strong smell; I’ve never encountered a smell like it. Pours a clear gold with a small amount of short-lasting, beige head. Low in flavor (bland) but not actively offensive. A weak, champagne-like quality to the taste. Light body; watery. Fizzy and lively in the palate. 4/2/3/2/7=>1.8 esjaygee (3906) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 9, 2013
UPDATED: FEB 19, 2013 Straw yellow with a quickly fading white head. Aroma of skunked grains, pale malt and noble hops. Taste of sweet malt, grains and noble hops. Thin, macroesque and kinda blah. This was my last new beer of 2012 and unbeknownst to me at the time, it was my 1000th Wisconsin beer. Lubiere (14151) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 27, 2012
A blonde pils with a thin white head. In aroma, faint malt, with very faint catty notes. In mouth, a rather plain sweetish malt with light buttery fruity esters, boring. On tap at the Istmus Beer and Cheese, Jan 21 2012.

Draft at OF. Filtered yellow-orange. Factory sewage aroma. Soda-like carbonation, thick non-head. Light to medium bodied, somewhat sugary, corny. Too "malt" centered with an extreme shortage of hop character. This is pretty sub par stuff. Watery, unenjoyable, sugary.and thick. Drake (14078) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 14, 2011
Sampled from a bottle at GTMW 2011. Pours a clear gold with a large frothy white head. Poor head retention and lacing. Aroma of grassy notes and corn. The taste is grain and tortilla chips. Thin bodied. crossovert (13917) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 14, 2011
12 oz twist off bottle.
It pours a honey gold with big, bulky bubbles and a soapy white head.
The smell is light and clean. It is unoffensive, with noble hops and light biscuit.
Th flavor is a bit of a letdown. It has a big buttery diacetyl flavor and it is under carbonated. Other than that there is a mild hop flavor, but it is a buttery, sweet, malty pils.

Beer #14 at GTMW. Good clean beer smell. Spritzy with definite spicy hops. Like to say more, but this is just palate cleanser before I head back to the Real ale Tent.
