COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a fruit beer which uses a raspberry extract added after conditioning. The beer is unfiltered and should be a little cloudy. This is traditional for wheat beers. The malted wheat itself makes up 20% of the total grain.

white pour, with a tart raspberry nose. Flavour had a raspbeery candy, sweettart like, that was not entirely unlike fruit.

Light direty yellow, moderate carbonation. Big raspberry flavor, lingering hollowness follows.

On tap at the brewpub, 4/13/06: Very tingly and sweet. Berry flavors are tart and sticky. Not that good.

Straw pale yellow with thin white bubbly head. Aroma is raspberries and wheat. Flavor is light raspberry, weat, earthy. Thin palate. Predictable.

TomDecapolis (4618) - Milton, Delaware, USA - FEB 9, 2006
Thanks to hopdog. Pours a translucent golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma of raspberry, wheat and a little bit of grass. Flavor was very thin, maybe a little bit of what I was picking up in the aroma but very light and watery.

2.4
hopdog (12584) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 9, 2006
12oz bottle. Poured a medium golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of, guess what, raspberries and wheat (stronger raspberries). Tastes of wheat and weak raspberries. Thin and weak body.

2.6
Darkover (1538) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - DEC 4, 2005
Hazy yellow color with a big white head. Strong raspberry aroma. Flavor of tart raspberries and a little wheat.

2.7
Dogbrick (13018) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - NOV 10, 2005
Bright reddish yellow color with a thin white head and minimal lacing. Raspberry and wheat aroma, shockingly. Light body with a sweet raspberry and malt character. Not much else to the flavor though. The finish is sweet and fruity. Not much too it, this is a non-threatening and easy to drink fruit beer.
