Draft at the brewery in Estes Park. Pours deep copper with off-white head that dissipates quickly. Grapefruit and pine aroma. Bready malt backbone asserts itself after initial grapefruit hop notes. Sole resiny pine follows in the finish. coachd (971) - Missouri, USA - JUN 12, 2017
This was good. I don't understand the low ratings. Very hoppy, nice red color, dense for the style and strong aftertaste.

Sample at the brewery. High creamy lasting off-white head. Hazy amber body. Fruity dry and hoppy aroma and flavor with low carbonation and a long finish. bu11zeye (13239) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - AUG 24, 2015
(Draught) Pours a lightly hazy golden body with a medium white head. Aroma of grass, herbs, orange, and grapefruit. Flavor of grass, citrus, earth, pine, and caramel with a dry, bitter finish. drjay44 (3887) - Salida, Colorado, USA - JAN 19, 2015
12 oz. bottle. Pours a thinnish ivory head, poorly retained, with minimal lacing, over a slightly medium amber (SRM 13) body.....nose is citrus including grapefruit, tangerine, orange, hints of toffee/caramel, light herbs, balance to the hops......taste is light cereal malts, lightly toffee/caramel sweetness, with floral notes, citrus, with grapefruit tangerine, leading to a moderate bitter finish.....mouth feel, light of medium body, no alcohol, low carbonation. This is a soft and gentle IPA. The bitterness is relatively low and the malts are muted. The aromas and flavors of the hops are pleasantly complex and in charge of the beer. It could use a slightly bigger malt and matching hop backbones. BJCP 7/2/14/4/7

Pours hazy copper with little bit of head. Aroma is citrus and floral, very nice. It has a rich grainy texture with its caramel malt profile. It balances very nicely with a slightly bitter piney bite and some citrus and tropical fruit hops. Pretty classic good IPA. DrSilverworm (10000) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 25, 2014
12oz bottle, purchased from Brennan’s in Madison during GTMW. Half hazy red orange color. Slight brown. Thin khaki head. Leaves decent ridges of lace. Decent caramel malt, kind of nice. Toasty, some dark fruit. Mild spicy herbal hop, some tropical fruit, resin. Light hint of grapefruit. More malt forward, but it’s not too sweet. Not bothersome. Moderate bitter taste. Light to moderate sweet. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, kind of creamy, lighter carbonation. Light slick finish. Surprised at how much I enjoyed this one, it being a malt-forward IPA. It’s a nice balance, though. kevinsenn (2310) - Waterloo, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 21, 2014
Bottle. Pours hazy amber with a foamy tan head. Intoxicating aroma of kiwi, strawberry, melon, and flowers. Malty taste up front, some light notes, and a "rough" bitter finish. Medium carbonation. Bulk_Carrier (6064) - Vermont, USA - JUL 17, 2014
Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was basically a hazy orange to brown color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than a minute.
There was some light clingy and somewhat foamy lacing.
The smell had some light citrus to piney hops to blend decently with some light spice. There was some light caramel in there as well.
The taste was sweet and bitter but at separate times.
The palate had some decent harshness but managed to be somewhat tame.
Overall, I say this was an alright beer.
