Pretty bad straw yellow clear pour but it does have a head & leaves some lacing. The aroma is weak & virtually nonexistent. The taste has a hint of euro skunk followed by an odd sweetness that fades into nothing. Gluten free for sure but not completely awful. I can probably finish the bottle. deyholla (11501) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - OCT 19, 2014
Bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of hay and sweet grain notes and is a bit meek. Flavor is similarly light with notes of sweet grains and hay. Frank (4172) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 18, 2014
This tastes pretty normal for a gluten free beer. It is clear and golden with a small had of soapy bubbles. This has a pleasant herbal hop character with some nice fresh malty notes. It is just slightly sweet with firm earthy bitterness in the finish. This is medium bodied with crisp but not prickly carbonation. This is a tasty beer, might even qualify as a legit pilsener. eduardovl (1429) - SWITZERLAND - OCT 14, 2014
UPDATED: DEC 15, 2014 330ml bottle served in a pint glass.
A: Pours a clear pale golden yellow forming a medium to small fluffy soapy and very bubbled white head. Minimum retention and some thin lacings formed and left in the glass. A very thin layer remain on the top forever
S: Very grainy. Strong notes of sweet pale malts. Extremely bready. Some flowery hops
T: Slightly sweet upfront. Sweet grains, mainly. Very crispy. Bready low fermentation-like yeasts. Mild hops bitterness. In overall, a dry and crispy taste
M: Smooth and light body. Medium to low carbonation. Grainy aftertaste
O: Good drinkability. Standard Euro Lager. I’ve bought this beer because I suspect that I’m intolerant to Gluten and, coincidentally, I’ll be making blood exams this week to figure this out. Interesting enough, I’m feeling quite well after drinking this one. Not because it’s a good beer but because I have the impression the the exams will confirm my suspicions. In this case, I feel happy that I can count with this sort of initiative.

Bottle. 5.4%. Best before 06.15. Pours a clear, pale yellow with a white head. Good lacing. Sweetish, slightly tart cereal aroma with a dry overtone. Flavour is a bit weak; sweet with a light hop note. Cereals and light cardboard as well. Grains as it warms. Light grainy finish with a light alcohol burn, and a lingering dry note. Peculiar off-note as it warms; probably because it’s gluten-free. Slightly oily palate. Overall better than I expected, if not great. 12.10.14.

Troppo gassata. Gusto poco intenso e coperto dalla frizzantezza. Buon retrogusto anche se poco intenso. Colore paglierino molto chiaro. boozedude (2228) - Des Moines, Iowa, USA - SEP 26, 2014
bottle shared with myself in club w, right now, clear light gold pour with metallic fruit aroma, taste is pretty boring, sugar, and metallic fruit, wont do again bnwokedi89 (106) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - SEP 20, 2014
Aroma: non-distinct aroma.
Appearance: golden clear without any head at the top of the beer.
Taste: light flavor with a slightly sweet aftertaste.
Palate: body is light with a very thin texture. Very lively carbonation and fizz with a smooth finish
Overall: Gluten-free delicious Spanish beer that I discovered on my vacation to Barcelona. Much better light beer than any of our American domestic lagers.
