Huhzubendah (3650) - Washington DC, USA - NOV 21, 2012
Crystal clear and light yellow in color, with a half inch of white head that leaves ample lacing on the glass. The aroma is subtle, but offers some light scents of malt and pilsner. Very light in body. Smooth feel and goes down easy. Lacking complexity, but easy to throw back a pint or two. Just a slight sweetness, with a touch of bitterness in the finish. Overall, a good choice if you are seeking a gluten free beer. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 10-28-2011

330 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a clear pale golden colour with modest-sized white head. Aroma is grassy with a bit of sweetness. Flavour is modestly grassy with some sweet maltiness. Fine carbonation. Actually a little better than most of the European pale lagers that the LCBO sells.

abemorsten (3591) - Mosterøy, NORWAY - OCT 5, 2011
Shared bottle at Cardinal. Pours clear paale golden with a rocky,off- white head leaving little lacing. Aroma rich with light malts, boiled vegetables and sugar. Heavy sweet and medium bitter flavors with strong cardboard notes. The bitterness has a turnip side to it that is unappealing. Medium to full body. Light metallic. Dry tongue. Not recommended unless you need a rate fix to make you feel good.

Golden yellow colour. Aroma of bread and wood. Taste starts sweet and finishes dry. I’m sure glad I’m not a coeliac.

sjogro (3327) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - MAY 26, 2016
Bottle sampled at home. As Damm Daura Gluten Free with stencil type font in white on red label. No mention of Estrella anywhere. Clear golden with white head. Sweet malts, gummy, ricey, light caramel, corn, some moldiness or so, cardboardy. Alcoholic. Sweet, with light bitterness. Under medium body, quite fat feel, prickly carbonation.
