Bottle shared with Sarah on holiday in Fuertaventra. A crystal clear golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is subdued, light cereal grains, little apple and stewed vegetables. Flavour is composed of thin light grains, little papery and veg off notes. Palate is semi crisp and light, highish carbonation. Drying finish. Overall better than expected. courtesy of Antonio Ruiz - clear and bright pale golden colour, nice white foam and a correct lace; insignificant flowery nose with notes of paperboard, medium-bodied and quite sweet; a late tartness but quite oily palate; a grassy and carton-like finish achieves to qualify it as modest bu11zeye (13239) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - NOV 24, 2010

nice for the style. fairly crisp with a slight hop presence and a little sweetness. carbonation is a little too sharp, but there are no glaring faults.
