COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Aromatized with coriander, orange peel and liquorice.

Inedit means "Never been done before". In cooperation witht the brewmasterd of Estrella Damm, Inedit was crafted by the globally acclaimed chef Ferran Andria, Juli Soler and sommeliers Ferran Centelles and David Seijas from ElBulli Restaurant.

A skillfully brewed blend of lager and wheat beer styles, Inedit uses a combination of barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, orange peel, yeast and water. Uniquely brewed to create a complex aroma and opaque appearance, a floral nose leaves a sensation of fresh yeast and sweet spices. Lightly carbonated with a creamy texture, the soft full body leaves a long and lasting finish.

Thanks to rcasta. Not bad, I was pleasantly surprised with this one. It has champagne like characteristics, very bubbly and spicy.

Golden, with a slight haze, very aromatic in the nose, reminiscent of Tripel Karmeliet, but lighter, as the beer is meant to be

ttoadee (1511) - Austin, Texas, USA - AUG 4, 2017
Light gold pour, finger of sense rocky white head. Nose smells like orange blossoms and wheat. Middle is sweet malt up front, trailed by bread and faint spices. Finish doesn’t change much, maybe a little more herbal component. Enjoyable.

AtronSeige (1595) - Johannesburg, SOUTH AFRICA - JUL 29, 2017
Aroma: Medium grainy, sweet, coriander, citrus. Appearance: Hazy, yellow body. Small, white head, fair retention with lacing. Flavour: Medium coriander, citrus. Medium-light grainy, sweet. Medium-light bitterness. Dry finish with lingering coriander. Mouthfeel: Medium body. Medium carbonation. Medium astringency. Overall: The beer is really nice, but the astringency builds and becomes overpowering. 330 ml bottle, poured. 24A. Witbier

Smell is sweet malt with a little bit of citrus, standard slightly sweet malt flavor, generic and one-dimensional. Nothing great here... A lot like what I remember the other estrela’s being like ..

Bottle from Vrutak, shared with Hrabren and others... Hazy milky pale yellow-golden. White head, goes away fast. Juicy aroma, apricot juice, bit honey, vague spice. Soft, smooth taste, starts interesting, apricot, vague coriander, too soft/flat. Cardboardy. Almost very good but not really.

3.2
jjsint (3206) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JUN 11, 2017
Bottle from Morrisons. Light yellow, hazy and wig a big white head. Very obvious circus peel and ground coriander. Not getting the advertised liquorice but still quite pleasant. Taste is sweet but fairly bland. Short finish and a somewhat flat and watery palate. Starts nice but goes downhill in the second half of the sip. It gets a bit boring along the way, but it’s nice enough with food.
