Aromatized with coriander, orange peel and liquorice.

Inedit means "Never been done before". In cooperation witht the brewmasterd of Estrella Damm, Inedit was crafted by the globally acclaimed chef Ferran Andria, Juli Soler and sommeliers Ferran Centelles and David Seijas from ElBulli Restaurant.

A skillfully brewed blend of lager and wheat beer styles, Inedit uses a combination of barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, orange peel, yeast and water. Uniquely brewed to create a complex aroma and opaque appearance, a floral nose leaves a sensation of fresh yeast and sweet spices. Lightly carbonated with a creamy texture, the soft full body leaves a long and lasting finish.

Not bad at all, orange flavour and a typical witbier. Can’t complain much about this.

Pours hazy pale yellow with a thin head. Aroma of malts, yeast, citruses. Taste is typical wheat beer, citruses, malts, sour. Sour finish.

einherjar (430) - Rijeka, CROATIA - OCT 5, 2017
Aroma lemon, spices. Taste lemon, orange peel, spices, coriander but weak and watery. It could be great with little bit stronger citrus taste.

UPDATED: OCT 5, 2017 0.33 l bottle, thanks Vlatka! Shared with lovely Anja and her little brother. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Citrusy zest, lightly perfumed. Tangerine or other citrus or fruit. Crisp with citrus dryness. Light body, moderate carbonation, light finish. Nice, although a bit fake. 636311=2.9

rane (1094) - Nibe, DENMARK - OCT 2, 2017
Bottle. Yellow with huge white head. Aroma coriander and citrus, some yeast as well. Taste sweet wheat malts, some coriander and citrus. A good witbier but lacks a bit of citrusfruits in the taste.

Color amarillo tirando a dorado. Notas de fruta y caramelo en el olor. Sabor a malta y trigo. Esperaba poco y me ha sorprendido. Una witbier digna.

F: medium size, white, not long lasting. C: blond to pale gold, hazy. A: fruity, apricot peach, yeasty, bit spicy, bit cheesy, coriander, bit caramel touch, orange peel, floral. T: very light body, medium carbonation, fruity, peach, herbal, bit orange peels, coriander, bit dry bitterness, not very impressive but there aren’t any flaws so as a thirst quencher in the summer not bad at all, BB: 10/17, 75cl bottle from Waitrose supermarket @ Albion Way in Horsham.

Bottle at home. Clear yellow to golden, white head. Light citrus, honey melon. Light sweet, pearly minor bitter. Less interesting than the bottle would suggest

Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy yellow pour, one finger soapy white head. Medium retention, decent amount of lacing. Nose more in the lines of radler rather than the witbier. Vaguely malty, a bit herbal, lots of artificial lemon notes. Thin body. Low carbonation, very soft.. adds to the illusion of a somewhat fuller body. However, it's just an illusion. Very thin and watery. Some fruity tart in the taste. Incredibly empty in aroma department. Some wheat, some grains, lots of artificial lemonade. Vague herbal touches, slight acidic finish. Meh. Overall, this was pretty much pointless. As a witbier - it fails. As a radler.... well, I've certainly has better ones. So, yeah, it fails there too. Not sure what they wanted to accomplish with this one... At least the bottle looks pretty. I guess that's a plus.

0.33 l bottle @ Mijas. Pours hazy yellow with thin, quickly disappearing head. Tart, citrusy witbier nose followed by the same notes in taste. Light bodied, softly carbonated, easily drinkable. Mediocre wit, but not bad.
