COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Aromatized with coriander, orange peel and liquorice.

Inedit means "Never been done before". In cooperation witht the brewmasterd of Estrella Damm, Inedit was crafted by the globally acclaimed chef Ferran Andria, Juli Soler and sommeliers Ferran Centelles and David Seijas from ElBulli Restaurant.

A skillfully brewed blend of lager and wheat beer styles, Inedit uses a combination of barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, orange peel, yeast and water. Uniquely brewed to create a complex aroma and opaque appearance, a floral nose leaves a sensation of fresh yeast and sweet spices. Lightly carbonated with a creamy texture, the soft full body leaves a long and lasting finish.

Very light. Belgium style almost. Lots if floral notes and light spices. Coriander predominant

jjsint (3012) - Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, ENGLAND - JUN 11, 2017
Bottle from Morrisons. Light yellow, hazy and wig a big white head. Very obvious circus peel and ground coriander. Not getting the advertised liquorice but still quite pleasant. Taste is sweet but fairly bland. Short finish and a somewhat flat and watery palate. Starts nice but goes downhill in the second half of the sip. It gets a bit boring along the way, but itís nice enough with food.

Boozygarlick (3) - West bridgford, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 8, 2017 does not count
Bottle from Morrisons. Nicely carbonated for a Lager but too heavy on coriander seed taste. Agree that seems a wheat/lager cross bur could do with toning down coriander. Bought 2 bottles - not going to rush for another.

Ron (3924) - Rochester, New York, USA - JUN 7, 2017
Bottle. Pours somewhat cloudy straw yellow with a small white head. Aroma light with wheat, some cereal, herbiness and faint wood. Very refreshing, I should of had this after cutting the lawn.

Cerveza sin gas, sin cuerpo, se aprecia un ligero sabor a especias, pero el sabor a cerveza no aparece por ningķn lado

martpez (206) - Norwich, Norfolk, ENGLAND - MAY 28, 2017
Bottle swayed by the lovely packaging. Its a gentle flowery summer beer. Hoegarden vibes for sure. Lightly gentler and fruity though. Nice summer drink. A little over carbonated. Gentle but pleasant.

2.9
hauxe (712) - Butzbach, Hesse, GERMANY - MAY 13, 2017
Pours hazy gold from the bottle and leaves a thin, creamy head. Aroma is cherry, a bit floral, hints of spice and yeast. Reminiscent of a belgian ale. Taste very lightly bitter, vaguely citric, but overall kind of empty. The finish does have a nice touch of clove. Body stays fairly light with the occasional watery note. Okay.

kwik-lime (1915) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 12, 2017
Bottle at hostel in Seville. Somewhat sweet, hints of coriander and citrus. Decent beer.

Bottle. Hazy light golden color, white head. Aroma has wheat, some banana, some lemon and hint of sulphur. Balanced wheaty body, some lemon and spices, banana notes.

Itís not great, but itís from Spain, so we get a new award!! Color is generic and yellow, and the aroma is alright-- wheaty. The taste has notes of bubblegum and banana, as well as wheat and a hint of urine. Good for accidentally listening to "classic sex trash" (which is evidently a Brazilian thrash band). Guest reviewer provided side comments about peeing in beers and how you might know if that happened to you at a tasting. Assorted other team comments include: "Not bad for piss" "A crappier hoegaarten, which is actually only a little bit better" "the bottle is cute and looks like a sleek wine bottle, which would probably be better because itís from Spain".
