COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Aromatized with coriander, orange peel and liquorice.

Inedit means "Never been done before". In cooperation witht the brewmasterd of Estrella Damm, Inedit was crafted by the globally acclaimed chef Ferran Andria, Juli Soler and sommeliers Ferran Centelles and David Seijas from ElBulli Restaurant.

A skillfully brewed blend of lager and wheat beer styles, Inedit uses a combination of barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, orange peel, yeast and water. Uniquely brewed to create a complex aroma and opaque appearance, a floral nose leaves a sensation of fresh yeast and sweet spices. Lightly carbonated with a creamy texture, the soft full body leaves a long and lasting finish.

75cl bottle purchased from Vinmonopolet in Sarpsborg, Norway. Nice, sweet aroma consisting of banana, bread, wheat and some spices. Smooth and pleasant taste which is typical of a good wheat beer. Easy to drink. Recommended.

A light aroma of a Belgian wit. This is light, smooth and airy. A great feeling throughout. Soft and eminently drinkable, the only downside to this is that is quite pricey.

Pours a golden yellow with a fizzy white head that fades fast leaving a nice lacing. Nose is of hay and barn yard. Taste is crisp, dry, citrus and floral. Enjoying this beer more than I expected I would. Would definitely drink again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The description makes it sound wonderful. From a bottle. Had an unusually tight seal.

Pours a blonde, yet cloudy unfiltered color. I love unfiltered beers, but I wasn’t expecting it to be so light in color. One finger head, some lacing on the glass. Head doesn’t last long.

Right away, the smell is funky, but no, it’s coriander. It’s cool, the coriander is front and center in the aroma. Not hidden behind something else. I really like the aroma.

Taste is equally impressive. I taste the coriander. It’s quite bold. I like it. Of course it’s a wheat beer, and you can tell it. I can taste some hops in there. This is very tasty.

Mouthfeel is like a light lager. It’s clean, it’s refreshing. It’s slightly bitter. It’s easy to drink.

Overall, I’ve never had a Spanish beer before. But this is really really good. It’s light, it’s clean. It’s really nice. I’ve never had this before. But if the price was right, I would totally buy it again. It’s underrated. This is good!

Bottle, Innisfil, Ontario, Canada. Picked this up from the LCBO on a whim and have been converted to the cult of Spanish brew. Outstanding creamy head, gorgeous blonde pour. Coriander nose, orange peel. Sweet going down, very very smooth, fruity. Citrus, orange peel. Excellent bitterness on the backend. A shocker here; I love this one and would do it over and again. Nicely played!
