COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Aromatized with coriander, orange peel and liquorice.

Inedit means "Never been done before". In cooperation witht the brewmasterd of Estrella Damm, Inedit was crafted by the globally acclaimed chef Ferran Andria, Juli Soler and sommeliers Ferran Centelles and David Seijas from ElBulli Restaurant.

A skillfully brewed blend of lager and wheat beer styles, Inedit uses a combination of barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, orange peel, yeast and water. Uniquely brewed to create a complex aroma and opaque appearance, a floral nose leaves a sensation of fresh yeast and sweet spices. Lightly carbonated with a creamy texture, the soft full body leaves a long and lasting finish.

&50 ml bottle. $4 at Famous Liquors March 11. The flyer around a neck band says serve in a wine glass. Ill use my tulip-like IPA glass, then. Pours a very busy, foamy golden beer with a spongy white head. Nose has the usual spicy wit smell (and labels need to be allowed a nicer legal description than "malt beverage brewed with spices"). Taste is on the spice side at first. I may have let the sit a bit too long; even though the malt looks filtered, there may be some autolyzed yeast here. A touch of hop bitterness on the order of a Pilsener. The little flyer, again, says to expect a "fresh yeast" taste, I now see. Other than maybe being too aged by me, its pretty good. Im still halfway through the bottle, but I still dont see any layer of yeast in the punt of the bottle. Got a good beat, though, I can dance to it.

Pours hazy gold from the bottle and leaves a thin, creamy head. Aroma is cherry, a bit floral, hints of spice and yeast. Reminiscent of a belgian ale. Taste very lightly bitter, vaguely citric, but overall kind of empty. The finish does have a nice touch of clove. Body stays fairly light with the occasional watery note. Okay.

Its not great, but its from Spain, so we get a new award!! Color is generic and yellow, and the aroma is alright-- wheaty. The taste has notes of bubblegum and banana, as well as wheat and a hint of urine. Good for accidentally listening to "classic sex trash" (which is evidently a Brazilian thrash band). Guest reviewer provided side comments about peeing in beers and how you might know if that happened to you at a tasting. Assorted other team comments include: "Not bad for piss" "A crappier hoegaarten, which is actually only a little bit better" "the bottle is cute and looks like a sleek wine bottle, which would probably be better because its from Spain".

Hard to see where this sits in the market. Slightly spicy & esterish with a sweet & bland taste. 750ml bottle is a big ask for a niche beer. 1 good thing though, I swapped between this and a Black Sands Black Ale, and this beer is a wonderful primer to make the other beer simply amazing

330 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy pale yellow color. Moderate creamy white head. Crisp light wheat malt nose hints at orange peel. Light bodied but tasty. Creamy mouthfeel. Some coriander in finish. Great with Paella.

Aroma: Very subtle citrus and cereals notes. Appearance: Gold color with hazy sparkling liquid and rocky white head. Taste: Light sweet touch with light bitter notes. Palate: Light body with creamy texture an average carbonation. Short bitter finish. Overall: Average wheat beer. Some touches of citrus fruit but I couldnt guess the spices. Fresh and easy to drink. Another good Damm (plus Voll-Damm)

Fles (t.h.t. 04-15) gedeeld door Wim.M. Bleek gelig, ietsje troebel bier met weinig schuim. Weinig geur en smaak. Smaak ebt snel weg.

330ml bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with a fluffy white head. Looks and smells like a weissbier. Get a bit of spice and citrus orange with this one too. Fairly sweet malt in the mouth to begin with leading into a dry spicy citrus orange finish. Not amazing by any means but a tasty brew nonetheless.
