Aromatized with coriander, orange peel and liquorice.

Inedit means "Never been done before". In cooperation witht the brewmasterd of Estrella Damm, Inedit was crafted by the globally acclaimed chef Ferran Andria, Juli Soler and sommeliers Ferran Centelles and David Seijas from ElBulli Restaurant.

A skillfully brewed blend of lager and wheat beer styles, Inedit uses a combination of barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, orange peel, yeast and water. Uniquely brewed to create a complex aroma and opaque appearance, a floral nose leaves a sensation of fresh yeast and sweet spices. Lightly carbonated with a creamy texture, the soft full body leaves a long and lasting finish.

Poured a clear, medium gold beneath a rocky off-white head. Aroma was grassy, perfumed, and had some citrus notes. Mouthfeel was rather thin. Taste has some citrus, with a slight sourness at the finish. Not a great start, but it did improve towards the end, especially after I added the generous helping of sediment from the lower regions of the bottle.

nephirem (581) - CROATIA - SEP 16, 2017
Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy yellow pour, one finger soapy white head. Medium retention, decent amount of lacing. Nose more in the lines of radler rather than the witbier. Vaguely malty, a bit herbal, lots of artificial lemon notes. Thin body. Low carbonation, very soft.. adds to the illusion of a somewhat fuller body. However, it's just an illusion. Very thin and watery. Some fruity tart in the taste. Incredibly empty in aroma department. Some wheat, some grains, lots of artificial lemonade. Vague herbal touches, slight acidic finish. Meh. Overall, this was pretty much pointless. As a witbier - it fails. As a radler.... well, I've certainly has better ones. So, yeah, it fails there too. Not sure what they wanted to accomplish with this one... At least the bottle looks pretty. I guess that's a plus.

0.33 l bottle @ Mijas. Pours hazy yellow with thin, quickly disappearing head. Tart, citrusy witbier nose followed by the same notes in taste. Light bodied, softly carbonated, easily drinkable. Mediocre wit, but not bad.

Golden, with a slight haze, very aromatic in the nose, reminiscent of Tripel Karmeliet, but lighter, as the beer is meant to be

ttoadee (1534) - Austin, Texas, USA - AUG 4, 2017
Light gold pour, finger of sense rocky white head. Nose smells like orange blossoms and wheat. Middle is sweet malt up front, trailed by bread and faint spices. Finish doesn’t change much, maybe a little more herbal component. Enjoyable.

Aroma: Medium grainy, sweet, coriander, citrus. Appearance: Hazy, yellow body. Small, white head, fair retention with lacing. Flavour: Medium coriander, citrus. Medium-light grainy, sweet. Medium-light bitterness. Dry finish with lingering coriander. Mouthfeel: Medium body. Medium carbonation. Medium astringency. Overall: The beer is really nice, but the astringency builds and becomes overpowering. 330 ml bottle, poured. 24A. Witbier

Comes in a ckassy looki g bottle.Hazy gold hint of bubblegum and coriander smooth mouthfeel refreshing and light. Not complex but enjoyable

geologyguy (1629) - Columbia, South Carolina, USA - JUL 1, 2017
Smell is sweet malt with a little bit of citrus, standard slightly sweet malt flavor, generic and one-dimensional. Nothing great here... A lot like what I remember the other estrela’s being like ..
