The 5.4% Spanish equivalent to the 4.6% stuff that is retailed over here. The main difference I find with the fairly high alcohol versions of the Spanish beers available in Span is that they have a distinct heaviness to them, and a lot of ’corn’ taste. This one is no different. It tastes best when it is served ice cold, but tends to get sickly and sticky as it warms up.
UPDATED: SEP 23, 2017 easy drinking larger. crisp, fresh a mild hoppy sweet finish. good for a hot summer's day with seafood macca147 (286) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - SEP 14, 2017
Pint. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head. Sweet malt and mild citrus/honey flavours. Unpleasant funky aroma. Thin body. Moderate to high carbonation. Standard low quality lager. Overrated. Would generally be the last lager I would order in a pub. smaynard6000 (1204) - Apopka, Florida, USA - SEP 13, 2017
Bottle. Pours golden with average white head. Sweet aroma of malted grain. Slightly sweet but balanced with some hops. Not bad. BeerViking (4954) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 13, 2017
Can at a trade fair in Barcelona, grassy hoppiness is pleasing but rather one-dimensional, light sweetness, a bit thin but more mouthfeel than many lagers. sephyrott (191) - - SEP 12, 2017
250ml from tap. Regular lager, clear golden colour. Not good finish but refreshing in a warm afternoon

Lager normal, que deja un buen sabor. Espuma poco duradera y nada de cuerpo. Piepenhenrich (598) - Steinbach, GERMANY - SEP 1, 2017
A good Lager, but Lager, thus has a slightly watery taste, no particular flavors that could stand out.
(2310-270717) superspak (5797) - Michigan, USA - AUG 27, 2017
330 ml bottle into lager glass, best before 8/2016. Pours slightly hazy pale golden/yellow color with a 1 finger dense white head with great retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of cracker, corn, white bread, lightly toasted biscuit, pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Touch of yeast fruitiness, but not overdone. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of cracker, corn, white bread, lightly toasted biscuit, pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of cracker, corn, white bread, lightly toasted biscuit, pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Nice robustness and balance of pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero astringent flavors after the finish. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with zero yeast notes present. Moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderate crisp, and bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.4%. Overall this is a nice pale lager style. All around nice robustness and balance of pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Very flavorful for the ABV. Nice hop presence for a Euro lager; with plenty of pilsner malt flavor too, aside from the adjunct notes. A nicely enjoyable offering. samzim (434) - Ontario, CANADA - AUG 25, 2017
UPDATED: AUG 26, 2017 Faint malty aroma. Clear gold colour. Crisp, slight sweet front with a mild bitter finish. Light body with high carbonation. Great with pintxos or tapas.
