This beer is the jewel in the crown of Damm’s century-long beer-brewing experience. Since 1876, when Alsatian August Kuentzmann Damm founded the company bearing his name, numerous generations of master brewers have perfected this lager until it has become a landmark in the world of beers.

This lager beer with a universally appreciated character and taste is ideal for drinking at any time.

Its high quality is due to the finest selection of raw materials and the meticulous brewing process. It stands out for its creamy hops-flavoured froth and refreshing taste.

This is what a Pale Lager should taste like......similar to Stella but with NO aftertaste!!! As good as it gets.

A quality beer, though the bottles I get look different in barcelona. This is THE beer to drink in Barcelona and it’s available in almost every bar both bottled and on tap. Very light and refreshing, not very distinctive. This is the catalan answer to the castillan beer ’mahou’ though I’d have trouble telling the difference between them.

i quite enjoyed this for a pint with a little lime cordial in it, quite pleasant tasting, i asked for a pint of stella and got estrella in spain, really nice, good mistake lol

I think this lager is sweeter than most lagers. It’s almost got a hint of Belgian style flavor to it.

Poured from 330cl bottle into pilsner glass. Appearance: pours a 2" frothy white head that drops rapidly with scant lacing. Color is clear light gold with a small amount of particles in suspension. Moderate streaming carbonation. Aroma: mild but pleasant aroma of white bread, a bit of fruity and floral hops. Mouthfeel: light and fairly crisp with a dry finish. Flavor: lightly toasted barley malt, some ripe fruit, and floral hops. Overall: enjoyable and easy drinking. No obvious flaws.

Nice Spanish beer. Crisp taste with easy drinkability on a hot day. Taste complements Spanish food well.
