Es una lager normal y corriente, nada especial. Algo de gusto amargo final.

0.33 l can @ Mijas. Clear golden, white head. Average macro lager, not particularly bad, but extremely thin and watery, lacks every character.

UPDATED: AUG 31, 2017 On tap at L'Antiquari, Barcelona on 30-Aug-2017. Clear golden with a thick medium sized white head which dissipated quickly. Aroma of earth, grass and sweet malt. Light to medium body and carbonation. Taste is sweet, low bitterness - typical lager profile with lots of crystal malts. Refreshing but typical of the style.

Review: 33cl Bottle of Estrella Galicia : ABV: 5.5% Came in a nicely looking brown bottle with the Estrella Galicia logo standing out. On pour I got a big fluffy white head and a golden coloured beer. Head does maintain well, but there is a lot of carbonation and feck me there isn’t much left to come out of the bottles, a lot of it evaporated!!! Get a faint lagery, yeasty and malty smell, very malty smell in fact but it is ok. Not a bad first impression, a nice light bodied taste on mouthful, easy to chug, not bad. Light, no bitter tastes. Corn taste to it as well. Smooth and crisp, very smooth. Smooth, no great standout tastes. or complex flavours, but its a regular lager so dont expect too much. Light in the mouth. Overall not bad, solid. Lager taste. Barley malts. Light and smooth. Nice mouthfuls. Good session beer, pleasant and easy enough to drink, I liked it overall. Ok, not bad, and can imagine it would be a good accompaniment to some tapas on a hot Spanish day.

Bottle. Amber beer with a cream head. Light mineral aroma. Malt and light mineral flavor. Medium bodied. Malt and light mineral lingers.

Easy, relaxed beer. Definitely some influence from the corn in the taste. Not very pronounced beer. But OK.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass at the World of Beer in Pooler, GA. The appearance is a clear gold color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is old musty malt. The taste matched the smell. This was a completely unpleasant experience. I was not able to read the age of the beer on the bottle.

I drink the beer every time I get in Spain. Cold severed in Granada aswell as in A Coruna. I buy it also online in Germany.

I poured it from the bottle into a glass. It pours golden with a white head and lacing. The aroma was skunk, grain, and corn. The taste was the same. If it wasn’t skunky, it would have been okay. I wouldn’t get this again.
