UPDATED: SEP 10, 2010 Very light beer.... no offensive characteristics. Some aroma, moderate carbonation. Easy to accompany basic food. Better than a miller / lite / etc. blipp (9696) - La Mesa, California, USA - AUG 30, 2010
Bottle. Pours golden yellow with a white head. Wet grainy aroma. The flavor has some corny adjuncty notes, grains, and straw. Not horrible. berkshirejohn (6662) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - AUG 12, 2010
33cl bottle. Looks like a standard eurolager, straw with a loose rapidly fading white head; grassy hop aroma; some corn syrup and cardboard to the taste; but improved by a dry crisp hoppy finish. Not bad. Pinball (12332) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 4, 2010
clear yellomw, sooth offwhite head.
hoppy and parfumey floral aroma, more spicy than other spanish lagers.
flavor is caramelly, flowery hoppy, malty and full. some bitterhops to balance, some stale hops in this sample too. a little tobacco.
this bottle from the display on a bar which did not sell it anymore so the barman gave me the bottle. it is still before best before date, but probably had a hard life on that shelf. (small brazillian bar in puerto alcudia, mallorca, spain)

On a week trying various crap macro lagers in the Sun this was considerably better than the average. Taste is light, crisp and fresh hops, a dry slightly herbal background in the finish and a hint of malts and cereal. Good enough.

My first Spanish brew. Pours a nice medium amber with very nice lacing. The aroma is a subtle hoppy with hints of grass. The flavor is crisp & light. This seems like a good lager that would go down easy on a hot day. Not bad, try it. OleR (4849) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUN 14, 2010

København, given after filling up my hard-shell suitcase with their excellent beers. Thanks. Dense cream-ish blond head. Brilliant pale gold colored body. Grainy, not very fresh malt aroma. Some earthy and grassy hops and a scent of dough. Semi-sweet, harsh malty flavor. Earthy and grassy hop bitterness. Light to medium body. Sourish mouthfeel. Not the worst pale lager, but lacks the freshness.
bottle. amber pour with a little white head and some visible carbonation. aroma is some mealy, sweet corn and pale malt. flavor is overall sweet, and has a creamy texture that gives it a little more body than some other pale lagers. Nickls (2607) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - MAY 5, 2010
(Old BA rate - bottle)
Clear light fizzy yellow (very much within what’s expected for the style). Poured with a thin white head, that quickly dissipated. A faint whiff of hop bitterness, followed up cooked vegetable malt sweentess. Not a whole lot to talk about here. Barely a notice of hops, and there is some malt sweetness due to the corn adjunct. Not good, not the worst even. Lightish body, with decent carbonation, but not as fizzy as some others in the style. Definitely drinkable in so far as that you can drink two of them without having your palate notice. However, it is decently refreshing when one is in the ’macro’ mood. Overall, not the worst example of the style and I actually much prefer this to any of the ’light’ American adjunct lagers. philbertk (1873) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAY 1, 2010
