Pour is a clear golden with a large fizzy white head. Aroma is diesel fuel at first then after that wore off it was a basic corn and malt. Flavor is almost nothing. A small bitterness before the swallow. The cheapest of the cheap Mexican lagers. DavidWoodruff (624) - Windsor, California, USA - JUN 18, 2017
Golden with a decent white head. Yeasty aroma. Sweet with some pleasant malt notes and low bitterness. Much better than I expected after reading other reviews. It is a 100 plus degree day and this hits the spot a bit better than a stronger hopper beer. jandd1983 (4330) - Wentzville, Missouri, USA - JUN 2, 2017
Bottle. It poured a golden color with a white head. The aroma was of corn, malts and some skunk. The taste was similar to the aroma with more grains, malts, grass and that skunk. Meh... JohananaV2 (159) - - MAY 29, 2017

5/29/17 (Chicago). 12 oz can poured into flute glass. Clear golden pour with light white head, heavy carbonation. Bread and corn aroma. Light sweet malt taste, very smooth and light texture. Drinkable but nothing special.

Pours a clear golden straw yellow color with a thin off white head. The aroma is mostly bready malts and some faint hops. The flavor is also mostly white bread, some faint hops to balance it out. Nothing off-putting about this beer but nothing memorable. anders37 (26657) - Malmö, SWEDEN - MAR 12, 2017
Bottle. Pours a yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma. Fruity malty grainy corn flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy finish. ronaldtheriot (1936) - Laplace, Louisiana, USA - FEB 26, 2017
Estrella Jalisco has a thick, white, creamy head, a pale straw, bubbly appearance, and some lacing left behind. The aroma is of bread dough and corn tortilla. Taste is of sweet, white bread, sourdough bread, and grassy hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium, and Estrella Jalisco finishes crisp, easy going, and enjoyable. Sickly pale straw color. Hyper-carbonated and thin. Tastes faintly of sweet corn and just watery. A bit of skunk to add, probably because of the clear bottles. monkeychugg55 (1090) - Joliet, Illinois, USA - JAN 17, 2017
Clear gold with a foamy white head. Smells sweet and clean, no real characteristics at all. Very subtle flavor as well. This is the most flavor less beer I’ve ever had. I guess it’s good for people who don’t like beer all that much. Weird texture on the back end, kinda slick. Oh and by the way, a "pilsener" should have pilsner malt and noticeable hops in it.
