Pours a clear golden straw yellow color with a thin off white head. The aroma is mostly bready malts and some faint hops. The flavor is also mostly white bread, some faint hops to balance it out. Nothing off-putting about this beer but nothing memorable.

Estrella Jalisco has a thick, white, creamy head, a pale straw, bubbly appearance, and some lacing left behind. The aroma is of bread dough and corn tortilla. Taste is of sweet, white bread, sourdough bread, and grassy hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium, and Estrella Jalisco finishes crisp, easy going, and enjoyable. RJT

Sickly pale straw color. Hyper-carbonated and thin. Tastes faintly of sweet corn and just watery. A bit of skunk to add, probably because of the clear bottles.

Clear gold with a foamy white head. Smells sweet and clean, no real characteristics at all. Very subtle flavor as well. This is the most flavor less beer I’ve ever had. I guess it’s good for people who don’t like beer all that much. Weird texture on the back end, kinda slick. Oh and by the way, a "pilsener" should have pilsner malt and noticeable hops in it.

This beer has a unique taste and a good taste, it has a unique Pilsner type aroma and taste. I’m tired of all the hoppy, look-alike hoppy beers with their inconsistency. The beer goes down well with a good after taste. It is not a boring beer to drink.

Bottle. This is water that had cornflakes soak in it for 6 days in 90 degree heat. They they ran it through a centrifuge and added skunk essence. Terrible.

24 oz tall boy can. Pours fizzy gold with a white head relatively inoffensive, with straw and a little bit of corny sweetness. Fine.
