24oz can in from a rural gas station in WA state. Pale beer, of course, sweet sticky aroma. Rather heavy, sweet, thick body for ’style’ of Mexican lager. Corn, cardboard, bitter overripe fruit. Not great.

Bought it, because i've never seen it before. It was a horrible beer. One of the worst tasting beers I've ever had. With a mix of staleness and metal, it was a definate loser. Do NOT try it!

The lack of a funk in the aroma is one of the only decent things about this beer. A thin metallic flavor, with a bad buttery finish. Gross stuff.

riversideAK (6265) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - JUN 4, 2007
No real aroma. Was gold. Flavor was mildly sweet and somewhat crisp. Nothing really going on here. Boring average mexican beer but I had to drink it so I could rate it.

With the bartenders switching back and forth between modelo, corona and estrella it was hard to pick between them.

Bottle. It poured a golden color with a white head. The aroma was of corn, malts and some skunk. The taste was similar to the aroma with more grains, malts, grass and that skunk. Meh...

Pour is a clear golden with a large fizzy white head. Aroma is diesel fuel at first then after that wore off it was a basic corn and malt. Flavor is almost nothing. A small bitterness before the swallow. The cheapest of the cheap Mexican lagers.

Eructoblaster (4454) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 28, 2009
Boring pale gold body with average carbonation and a thin white creamy head. Smells like a wet luchador mask, and tastes like carbonated water. Finish is non-existent. Typical watery Latin American Lager.

Frank (4257) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 2, 2017
This stuff is a bit too sweet but it's otherwise a decent cheapo lager w/ a fairly strong grassy hop character. It comes off as a bit heavy for style and gets a bit syrupy as it warms. Not being particularly crisp or drinkable, this really doesn't give you what you'd hope for from the style.

Grovlam (4257) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - DEC 14, 2008
Can. [Tasting session @ Papsoe] Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Clear yellow color. Aroma of cardboard, grass, mild caramel. Light bodied with a soft carbonation. Light sweet malty flavour with a hint of bitterness. Light dry and bitter cardboard finish.
